To be honest, this hotel could have probably been a good stay for me. But due to the almost four hours waiting to be checked in and been placed in a room right across from the ice vending machine, that had people seemingly getting ice all hours of the night. Had a constant sleep disturbance during my stay.

The service you are paying for in the rates charged by this hotel is not there. They were understaffed. Huge line to get in to valet parking. Huge check-in line in the lobby with one person at the front. When we called the room service number to order food, no one picked up after 5 minutes.

Amazing stay. The neighbors we loudly enjoying each other all night, but the staff and hotel took care of the situation and made up for the noisy neighbors. Would stay again anytime!

Wheelchair lift did not work so could not gain access to pool and been out of order for days so we can not use the pool and the pool deck bar which is what we came for

Very nice property but seriously understaffed at the front desk and even the bar. The hotel was full and the staffing wasn’t capable of handling the volume associated with full occupancy. This is no fault of the staff, but rather management of the volume.

What we remember hen we walked in the door was the smell of clean. We loved the restaurant. They were able to fit us in without a reservation. Ryan, our waiter, was amazing and the food was awesome. Everything from room service to check out was wonderful. The Spa also was superb. Loved everything.

This is our go to hotel when we are in town to attend performances at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center (which is directly across the street). The most recent upgrades and renovations are definitely a nice boon to an already great property. Easily walkable to downtown dining options and the newly renovated bar area are also greatly features.

While this hotel is quite nice with a very convenient location, the room itself was just ok. Lighting was lacking, no vanity lighting in bathroom and spotlight over mirror in entry gave no options to properly get ready for our event. My daughter had to use the flashlight on her cellphone to apply her makeup. We'll chose another hotel when visiting Orlando for an event again.

Beautiful hotel. Every staff member we came in contact with was above and beyond helpful and friendly! The only critique I have is that the coffee maker in my room was not clean on the inside. It looked like maybe hard water buildup but it certainly made me not want to use it. Otherwise, great experience.
Stayed 3 days at the hotel and everything was excellent. We met a dominican supervisor we had su beautiful details with us. Best BLT and turkey sandwiches at the restaurant🙂🙃
We were in town for the bowl game. The hotel lobby is very nice and the people were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The rooms are getting dated and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. It looks like an aging and somewhat tired hotel.
Hotel is very nice but too pricey for what it has to offer… front desk staff belongs to a motel 6. I’ve experienced hotel staff all around the world, from NH collection hotel in Europe to IHG Hotels in America (Intercontinental being my favorite) in comparison Grand Bohemian in Orlando is left wanting.
The staff at The Grand Bohemian were incredible. So friendly! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We are already planning the next stay. The decor throughout the hotel was just perfect.
Check in line look 20 mins to get help. Service was rude and short at check in counter. Service didn't match the impeccable hotel. However, valet guys were awesome! Keep them!
