Nice hotel but check in was horrible. Could not understand the check on clerk. Also when I booked through Expedia breakfast was included and they did not honor it at the hotel. Try to explain to the receptionist and she said there was nothing she can do about it.

close to the airport and shopping. Staff very nice. The only thing that we found was not to our liking, was the carpet in the room , it did had a strong humidity smell. The pool area could be more inviting. In all , it was a nice place to stay.

The room was neat and clean. The facility was very nice and close to the airport. There were a few quirks such as they had no regular coffee Keurig cups for the room to save trip downstairs in the morning. But overall very nice.

Room service was quick and tasty, however not accurately described. Appetizer Platter was to have ham, saussge, 3 kinds of cheeses, honey, mustard, fig jam and crostini. No sausage, only two kinds of cheese and four measly slices of small crostini. Not enough to share for two, but was delicious... ham was very tough and fatty.

Very clean property and hotel. The parking was easy and close access to all rooms. Hooters next door which was a bonus for easy access to dining.

i paid for 2 rooms with a hot tub figuring they would be on the same floor but when went to check in they had one on the first and another on the third. the reason I did both was so on the same floor. when used the hot tub it there were hairs in it
