Great hotel for service and location.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Ability to order off the menu at breakfast and not have to just have the buffet.
Location: Location near the airport is great if you're travelling to other stops.
The hotel itself is great - nice rooms, facilities and amenities. But, the shuttle service from the airport is erratic at best. It never stopped at the designated stop and took 3 calls to the hotel for another van to come pick us up.

Affordable stay near the airport

Convenient location, well worth the money. Nice details in decoration, free shuttle. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Friendly Staff

Pros: the staff- i really cannot say enough about them! :)
Cons: Nothing i can think of
Location: Close to the airport and plenty of places to eat near by.
I have to say that this staff was so pleasant, from front desk to maid service and shuttle drivers. I believe the gentleman that was on duty the night that we arrived was Alphonso? Francisco? (sorry) What a great personality and so helpful. If i am in the area again i would definitely stay here, and i would totally recommend to all. Very clean, even the light fixtures were dust free.

Great hotel for pre cruise

Pros: The friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Overall very nice place.
Location: There is a list of food places that the free shuttle will take you do and then bring you back after you call for pickup.I found this to be very helpfu
Great hotel for pre-cruise stay. Free shuttle from MCO and return if needed. Local places to eat, free shuttle if you do not want to walk. Nice pool area and spots for comfortable seating outside as well as inside. Even have a small gym if you so desire.Small breakfast area to get you started if you wish.

Great Service
