Normally breakfast is included in most Hilton Garden Inns, not the case here. Rooms are a bit dated and dark. Shower stall needs updating. Bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly

I checked into room that had a horrible smell of mildew and then found 2 roaches and a huge hole in the far right corner of the room. The carpet looked dirty in both. The facility looked dated and worn. I have stayed at various Hilton Gardens over the years and never felt so disappointed. Especially for price.

They are very misleading about the breakfast! They will make you pay $16 if you don’t have the bed and breakfast package, which is fine but very misleading! I heard multiple other people complaining at the hotel desk about this…The water in the shower was also cold, which is just not good after a long day. I called and they said they’d fix it and never did but it was very unpleasant.

For the price of the room, I expected it to be nicer. The room had a musty smell, the floor of the bathroom was not clean, and I am not sure about the tub. We were too exhausted to change rooms. Lesser hotels provide better breakfasts. Thought it disappointing that only continental breakfast was free. You provide more, but at an additional cost. We should have stayed at the Hampton inn. Their rooms are nicer and they provide a good breakfast. At least the employees were friendly, and they had a nice fitness center.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms and clean overall. Great location close to UCF and lots of restaurants and shopping. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning was excellent!
