Mini get away

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: location, gated.
Cons: Don't care for the early morning phone calls regarding park passes. We took care of everything we needed on line and the calls were intrusive.
Location: SeaWorld directly across the street. Water parks and Disney world, stones toss away. Tons of restaurants and shopping available within minutes.
Second time at this property and can't wait to get back. Top notch across the board and although it was just my husband and I, property itself is extremely family friendly!

Nothing like the surprise of hidden fees

Posted Nov 21, 2016
Pros: Proximity to where I needed to be.
Cons: Hidden Fees should be explained and never assessed to someone who has no interest in the 'services' they are supposedly related to.
Location: Sea World
The hotel was suitable and convenient for meetings I had to attend nearby. The room was nice enough -- although the bed was totally worn out with a huge 'divot' in the middle like a hole that wanted to swallow one up. I prepaid Expedia for the room and it was non-refundable. However, upon check-out they proceed to tell me I owe an additional 'Resort Charge' --- which according to Expedia "only apply if they are not included in your room rate". How stupid is that. Here is your rate and cost, unless it's not. The effective real room rate ended up being ~25% more than quoted. The fees for "additional services" included internet access, phone calls, in-room coffee and water. Not one mention of any of this at my check-in, and I didn't need any of it, except perhaps water would have been nice, but my room had no water other than tap water. When I mentioned this to the deck clerk he said I can take water with me now to make up for it. Uh, yeah, so I can throw in the bin at the airport in 20 minutes when I go through security? They were indifferent and inflexible. They already had my card on file, so just dinged me for difference. I would never stay at this hotel again. I am also rethinking whether using Expedia is the right option for me anymore. I doubt this type of 'oversight' would happen when one books direct with a hotel.

Too many kids

Posted Nov 15, 2016
Hotel seems nice in the pictures but it really wasn't that great. Food onsite was not worth the price. Ok place for families... too many kids for couples who want to relax.

It was ok. My building was far from the amenities

Posted Nov 14, 2016
I didn't like that I bought this through Expedia and ended up paying a ton of extra hotel & resort fees that I didn't use while I was there. I will not book again this same way.

Excellent stay. Nice facilities.

Posted Nov 13, 2016
Location: Right next to SeaWorld (it's literally across the street). Discovery cove is a half mile away. 7-11, Bonefish Grill and CVS all any easy walk away.
Recent stay of 8 days was very nice. Pool area is very nice and clean also. There are lots of activities for children. We traveled as a couple but were not bothered. We had to change rooms once because we wanted a porch/balcony. This is a very large resort complex. If you are interested in using the pools, request a building close to the lobby. Otherwise it's a long walk to the pools. They do offer golf cart shuttles around the complex also. There is only one restaurant though and after a day or two, the limited menu can get old. The bar/restaurant is right next to the pool which is convenient. This is a time share property also so they will try to get you to buy in to it. We just told them we were not interested and we were never asked about it again. Overall, very nice facilities and would come back again.

First class resort!

Posted Nov 11, 2016
Location: The resort is within walking distance to Seaworld and provides a shuttle to Disney World.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest people ever! A warm and happy hostess directed us to a sweet and personable check-in guy. I didn't think it could get any better and then he refered us to the concierge who was awesome too! He explained about the free movie rentals, the movie theater in the resort, the shuttle to Disney, the planned activities each day and gave us coupons for 2 Shutterfly photo books each and coffee coupons for each day of our stay at the Starbucks located right off the lobby. We ate dinner at the outdoor restaurant by the pool. It was lovely and the food was delicious! We were in town for the National Realtors Convention and invited our 8 co-workers to join us the next night for "dinner by the pool" being that it was so relaxing and an easy environment to talk about our day...plus the food! Yummy! Our room was just fabulous. It was basically a one bedroom condo with kitchen and washer and dryer and a wonderful screened balcony. Just lovely and very clean and comfortable. The resort is 33 acres so were chauffeured to our room by golf cart. All we had to do was call the front desk and they sent one to pick us up. They were "Johnny on the spot" and the drivers were also extremely friendly. We made friends every where we went! The only negative was that we didn't get to stay long enough. I will definitely stay here for the next convention.

ジャグジーが付いていて、ゆっくりできます。

Posted Oct 14, 2016
Pros: 1番はジャグジーです。あとは部屋の広さと快適性です。
Cons:

Pros: Suite was good sized
Location: On map it looks like walking distance to sea world and discovery cove. Actual walking to discovery cove was way further away then expected.
Needed Uber to get to and from parks. Sea world was great experience for my granddaughter.

レンタカーでなら、最適かな

シーワールド目的で利用しました。 ホテルから、無料のシャトルバスが出ていました。 ただ、ホテルが広大でフロントまで遠く 客室もやや古いです。
