Great hotel with great amenities and very close to everything! Hotel staff at front desk at the beginning of the trip left much to be desired. Luckily the hotel made up where the front desk staff lacked.

Beautiful hotel close to everything

The hotel has a nice layout, balconies are private due to all the palm trees. Pool area is beautiful and has a deck overlooking lake with huge turtles and fish.

Great hotel!

Had a terrific time! Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Close to many area attractions. Felt like we were at home! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location: Excellent!
Upon arrival the property was impressive. 7/8/2016 thru 7/13. However, the required texting for services received no response. We received no shampoo nor conditioner for 3 days, so after texting a request for these amenities repeatedly we finally telephoned-- to no avail. Airlines only allow a small amount of liquids, so we had called in advance to know these amenities were provided. One day (in a 2 bedroom suite) there was no maid service, and the King bed was not made up. We used the hot tub nightly but it was never cleaned for 5 nights. During our stay, we waited for at least 45 minutes for advertised "complementary Fast Passes to Sea World with 3 representatives at the desk, and only 1 served the waiting line of guests. The last night we asked for a taxi to be scheduled for 6:00 a.m. We arrived ready at 6:05 and had to call for a taxi to the airport which arrived at 6:20. It was a 20 minute drive to the airport. Our flight left at 8:30 a.m. Though this was high season, July 8 through the 13th, the numbers were light probably because of the terrorist and alligator scares.

Good rooms and great pools.

Great hotel, pool area is great for a family with children. We where offered a time share presentation in by Hilton and in return we received 100 USD for a planned 90 minute presentation. Absolute horror the sales rep would not accept no for an answer we where still saying no after 3 and a half hours, they kept offering deals which we said we did not want, we tried to leave only to be told we had to be signed out, they upset my wife and children and continued to apply pressure to make us buy a time share. I would have met there aggression with my own had I been in my own country... they said we where stupid because every one was buying the time share. Fact is I was not willing to hand over 8000 USD without carrying out my own research .... this ruined our first day of a very expensive holiday...

Beautiful and clean

Pros: This place is next door to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aqu water park
We had a great stay would recommend this place to anyone plenty of pools and they were clean.

Close to seaworld and other amenities

Pros: It's clean.
Cons: Update sink to have a bigger counter. 25 dollar resort fee is lame.
Location: Seaworld is across the street. Disney world is a short drive and lots of outlets around.
Hotel stay was ok. I didn't like that fact after checking in with the hotel staff that I had to talk to another staff who tried to get me to attend a sales meeting. Rather not go through a sales pitch when all I want to do is check in and go to my room. Not sure if I booked a handicap room or not but the bathroom didn't have a counter in the bathroom. Just a sink. So you couldn't put your toiletries and other items that you need. The room door is loud. So if you have a neighbor that lets the door close shut its loud. That's all I heard in the night is the door slamming shut.

Nice room area vey quiet.

Pros: The resort was clean, quiet and friendly staff. The room was spacious with screened in patio.
Location: Resort was close to the amazement parks, dining and entertainment. Whether your looking for pizza, a snack or fine dining it's all located nearby.
rooms up to date, pool on the premises loved the gated community. It was safe, at the gate you had to have access to get onto the property. There was someone at the entry no matter what time it was. There was an on site restaurant and market easy to access without leaving the property.
