Lost a repeat customer due to room assignments - actually lost several people. Plain and simple.... When you book a reservation with 2 rooms you expect the rooms to be close, like same floor and same building. I called and added notes to my reservation as well. What did they do? One room at building 2 and one at building 6. Pretty much ruined our entire plans at the hotel. They told me they were completely booked. I believe they gave my room away to someone else and they did not own up to it. No effort was made to correct. I will book else where next year. Don't book here if you have multi rooms in your booking.

Hilton Tuscanny Village is an amazing place to stay ! The rooms are spacious with full kitchens, washer and dryers. Property is clean with plenty for the kids to do and keep them entertained !

The property exclusively communicates by text message, there is often a lineup at guest services and people behind me waited a long time for check in because at peak check in two staff are helping one person. I was charged twice for the resort and was told to” take it up with Expedia” even though I had a receipt that clearly shows I paid the fees. In addition, the fees are charged on the day you leave so the hotel is double banking fees. There are other options that are close to outlet. There is no shuttle service to anywhere… the Trolley stop luckily is across the street. I will research my options next time as this hotel clearly caters to time share owners.

Staff was generally friendly and helpful, but we had housekeeping walk into our room twice while it was occupied with the do not disturb sign on the door. Property is somewhat outdated and the WiFi does not work properly.

The pool was great and they have a full bar and restaurant and small shop onsite. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was that we were told that someone would come once daily to change out our linens and take out our trash but no one ever did.

This was the first time that my wife and i have been to Orlando. I searched for a 4 to 5 star hotel and this one i choose. I mean it was absolutely wonderful. Great people that served behind the desk with wonderful and polite attitudes. The grounds were exceptionally clean and meticulous. I intend on coming back.

property looks nice, pool area is clean and well kept. ONE bar and ONE restaurant for the entire place, the "smoke free" policy doesn't apply to everyone, regulars just smoke wherever they want, even the pool area, disgusting. Staff was not very helpful when asked to address some concerns, got the feeling that they are there to just put in hours and go home. Clean and nice looking, but run poorly by some barely competent people and management doesnt seem to care about doing better.
