The level of cleanliness was exceptional. Not crazy about the food options as they were limited and not that good. The food at the pool was better than the restaurants inside. They also need to do a better job with the people that place towels on lounge chairs by the pool and never show up.

Had a wonderful time. The kids especially loved the water slide and the lazy river and pool. We went into Disney one day and the shuttle was prompt and convenient. Would stay here again!

I really enjoy this property. Stayed many times. It’s clean, amenities are great and it is in such a great location. Very close to the parks and Disney springs. Staff is always so helpful and have never had any issues. Highly recommend this hotel!! Look forward to returning soon!!

We arrived late in the evening and staff was low. I walked up to front desk where two workers were talking amongst themselves, neither one of them stopped talking to each other to welcome me. Even when they did talk to me they did not greet me. The room was clean. Towels are paper thin and pillows smelled.

This property is not in good condition. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The tiles weee yellowed. The strong smell of chemicals in the room was uncomfortable. Just run down.
At check in in I was given the wrong room. Telling me it’s the only one available. The room was overlooking the parking lot and I booked a pool view and paid for it. When I went down and asked to speak to the manager magically my room appeared available! Not a good policy and left me with an absolutely terrible sense of mistrust of the Hilton staff. We couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel.

It was our second time here for Disney.
This time was not as pleasant as the first.
The room was smaller though we choose the same option as last year, The towel set in the room was not clean- some hair, dust, stain.
The warm water was not working on the last day, so had to take a cold shower.

Seemed like maintenance was going on at pool area and it was very loud. We couldn’t even hear each other talk at the Beech Bar. Out stay was for the pool area.

It is very close to the Disney parks and they have frequent shuttle service. Also, it is very convenient to request room amenities through text rather than calling.
