Driving into the property was impressive, walking into the lobby was impressive, and then the gold standard of service began with the front desk. We booked this hotel for my wife's parents for 4 nights for the second half of our 2016 Christmas 2017 New Years Disney & Orlando Family Vacation as we took our two children along with Nanna & Grandpa! Fortunately for us, Orlando was so incredibly packed with travelers attending countless things to do that this Hilton was over booked to the point that they were 5 rooms in the hole for reservations. We're also Wyndham Property owners, the first half of the stay for them was at one of our timeshare point reserved rooms, and even there we were unable to extend because they were too in the negative with availability.
Moving back to the Hilton, so upon learning this at this hotel as well, the parents were immediately upgraded to the Hilton's sister property across the street (drum roll please...) a King Suite at The Waldorf Astoria at Bonnet Creek. I can't say that we actually had stayed with this Hilton, however the management was for both properties, and based on the valet professionalism, the immediate presentation, alongside the reviews, and the photos of the Hilton- I can't imagine it's anything less than described. The local manager at our Wyndham had indicated that this Hilton was about 2 years old, anything brand new is worth the choice, and I don't think you'd go wrong choosing this hotel.
