Property is beautiful and the pool and lazy river are very nice. On our final day our room keys were deactivated while we were at breakfast. When we went back to our room to pack up, we discovered the keys no longer worked. I talked to the front desk, who informed me that the issue was that they did not have a record of charging me for incidentals. I showed them the chard on my Chase account for the incidentals, but they still insisted they had no record. They would not give me access to the room until I payed an additional $100 . I left without paying, and instead talked to the cleaning staff, who let us in after confirming our identity.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Orlando. The property was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and convenient to attractions. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Beautiful hotel! Family friendly, too!
This hotel is awesome! The lobby is spectacular and the rooms were really clean. My kids loved the heated pool and lazy river. The restaurants on property had really good food. The food was a little pricier but delicious. Todovos has really good salsa!! Over all we had an amazing trip and I would stay here again! The resort fee and parking will add another $75 to your night each night, so be prepared for that as well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. My first experience was magnificent, so much so that I returned, but this time the first thing was that they gave me a room that someone else occupied. Then when they gave me the other room, my reservation was for three people, but there was only service for two. We constantly had to ask for towels or to be changed because they didn't even bother to fix the room. On top of that, one of the people running the bar couldn't be rude. It wasn't my best experience, so I don't plan to return.
