Elevator was broken when we arrived. It was communicated to us. The next morning it was still broken and help was offered when we were leaving. The elevator was fixed before we left and we were notified. Overall an excellent experience.

The property is wonderful and I recommend it highly. Clean, comfortable, very family convenient, quiet and a super value. Our 3 year old loved the pool and the ice cream at the activities center. Dining and shopping was close by at Cagan Crossing. The staff was great and Vanessa was particularly helpful and friendly. Loved it !!
