Very nice hotel. Great price for area. Outdoor pool was a little cold but kids loved it regardless. Perfect location for all our planned activities.

There’s a first time for everything - not only was the bathroom not clean, the toilet hadn’t been flushed from the previous guest. Disgusting & very much out of character for this hotel.

After each stay, I rate this hotel 5 stars. It’s very clean, rooms are nice, bed & pillows are comfortable, & staff is amazing. But the hotel has now changed the room’s climate control to a digital system with very little user control. The room was too hot because the system was set to heat the room (it’s Florida, even in winter), with maximum & minimum temperatures already programmed in. It was too late to call maintenance & we were checking out the next morning so nothing could be done.

There were multiple strands of hair in the bed and the room smelled. I asked for another room which was cleaner although the shower still had hair in it

The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly, accommodating to our needs. The remaining staff throughout the hotel was very friendly as professional. The location is very central to our family members. Also restaurants, and shopping is very convenient located. Highly recommend it and the cookies are great!!!

Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night and the desk clerk got us situated quickly. She pointed out the snack area and after we picked up a few items, she added them to our bill. I believe her name was Mary. After that she told us about the AM breakfast. I thought she represented the hotel very well.
