A bit disappointed with room

It started out great! Room was ready upon arrival, top floor so you get a nice birds eye view. No hidden or extra charges which is always a good thing.
We were very hot and thirsty and the desk lady quickly gave us 2 bottles of water. Great service!
Then up to the room. Small. Quickly realized there was no fridge or safe.
We did ask about it but they said they had run out and the hotel was full. So no fridge or safe.
Came back late at night quite tired, and two bottles of water were only for members but again the desk person felt sorry for me wife and gave the waters.
The bed was a bit too soft. However the room itself was clean which room is a big deal.
