It's was good but not the best. The bed was very comfortable though

Great hotel

Good beds and they have the softest towels i have had in a long time from a Hotel.

Convenient

Family of 6 and our English Bulldog...

When I called I got Elaina and she was excellent. Super helpful as we scrambled away from Hurricane Matthew with 4 kids. They don't allow pets but made exceptions because of the storm and I'm pretty sure he left as their mascot. The restaurant was yummy and kids got to eat free with coupons. Our first time as a family in a hotel with two beds and we did fine. Kids liked the fitness center but I disliked the shower water temperature max. We also got hot in the room with the a/c at max but there's a lot of us. I'd stay there again if we took a trip Orlando. The UCF/Waterford Lakes area especially.

Not bad, but noise ruined our stay

Cons: staff
Location: 5 min of driving to Waterford Lakes Plaza.
This is a good 3-stars hotel, the room was very clean and well decorated. But our stay was ruined by construction work that was going on exactly above our room: we had to tolerate the noise up until 11.15 PM! Having a little kid and elderly person in the room - it was a nightmare. I think every hotel must be obligated to post on its website a notice about under-construction condition, so travelers with kids wouldn't be trapped and could book a quiet hotel. P.S.: front desk staff could be more friendly. We were evacuated from the hurricane zone, were stressed and tired - didn't hear a word of kindness from the staff.
