Hotel was great very nice staff. The breakfast in the restaurant and the staff were excellent. My room needed some maintenance. The light over the mirror and hairdryer were not working. They did leave a spare unit on the shelf below that mounts to the wall. I am not sure why it wasn't just installed. The drain in the shower was very slow so you have ankle deep water while you showered. I told the front desk when we checked out. Other than that it's a very nice place just renovated in 2015. Room number was 312.

We apologize for the issue with the hairdryer, I have alerted the maintenance team that the new dryer was left on the counter and not properly installed. Our team is usually very good at following through and I apologize that these items in your room fell through the cracks. Room air conditioning was poor , and this is January. Service in restaurant was very poor as knowledge of their menu or needs of table service was terrible. And the price at $118.00 per night with NO comp breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express what is UP with that? Definitely read the whole booking before coming to this hotel.

The complimentary continental breakfast that you are referring to is offered by another fantastic IHG brand the Holiday Inn Express. Our property does offer several packages where breakfast is included in the stay, but complimentary breakfast is not offered for our brand due to our breakfast being cooked to order from our restaurant. I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced both in your room and with our team. Early flight out of Sanford airport. This hotel is about 25mins away from airport & was the closest hotel available during busy holiday season. Very clean, has been updated. Right in the middle of restaurants.
