First thing we experienced was no shuttle from the airport. They say they have a shuttle but when we called was first hard to get a hold of. We had to call 3 times to see when someone was coming to pick us up. Each time they said 20 min. After 1:15 minutes we ended up finding a cab to take us. Check in once we got there was good. Room we had smelled a bit funny. When asked the maid if there was any air freshener she said no. Pool was nice and was heated. Here in March and was a bit cooler day so great for the kids. Nice food area and bar area. Would I come back. Probably not. Lots of options in the area and this place was very expensive at over &400 for what you get.

People had to fight to get on the airport shuttle infront of my 4 year old daughter, there was no space for everyone even after others took uber. The room door would not lock and coming apart, this is a one star property. Can I get a voucher for another stay, I paid $178 which is unfair for this property. Maybe $50

Clean and great service
My check in and check out experiences were great, the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfy. I was only there 8 hours to sleep before a flight so that’s all I experienced but it was great.

Not worth the price we paid ! Property needs a facelift, especially the rooms. It has that old hotel smell and feel to it. It was convenient to the airport and transportation very helpful. Front desk not as much, ordered DoorDash and they never bothered to call the room that it has arrived.
