Not impressed with reservation clerks

Pros: decent, clean room
Cons: teach your clerks better
Location: lots of restaurants and shopping
Not only did they charge me again for a stay that was paid for through Expedia, I had to go back to the desk after checking in because they did not give me my prepaid breakfast vouchers. When I brought the overcharge to their attention, I was told the only charge I should see is my bar bill and was given a new receipt with that charge. They still screwed it up, I was charged an extra $59 for what, I have no idea. Heads up! Make sure you check your credit card after staying here. I'll look for another hotel next time.

Close to the Airport!!!

The shuttle was awesome!!! We didn't wait 1 second!!! The hotel needs some update for the price. At check in the person helping us was a slow but kind person. The other lady took the person behind us stole our room and was giving herself praise for being so fast. It made me mad. And when I said somethings she said you should have got and pointed to herself.

Price gouging during hurricane.

Not worth the money. Price gouging during the hurricane. Room was nerver cleaned and no clean towels. Staff was hard to get any answers drom them.

Thank you for your comments. Please note that the hotel does not engage in price gouging. Guest were advised by letter to each room of limited service in Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Shuttle Services during the hurricane period due to safety concerns for our valued staff.

Pros: Cleanliness and staff treatment
Cons: Maid staff must inform the front desk of problems with each room.
Location: If you want to stay near the airport. Great Location.
Staff was very polite and helpful. Was not informed of a parking fee per night beforehand. Could not get the shower to work. Called front desk and someone was there within 10 minutes. He did get the shower to work but the hot/cold handle was broken. They did offer to move us to another room, but took care of the problem in another way. Will stay here again.

One note stand

Comfortable stay, clean room, carpet needs updating. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the well kept grounds.

Great place to stay before a very early flight

We stayed to be close to the airport for a very early flight at 6am. The location was great, room was very comfortable and the pricing very good.

Mistake

A lady at lobby didn't make one day extention for our rooms although she said to do so when I checked in. So, I had to make a separate reservation and paid an additional breakfast.
