Super expensive to dine in food was cold and not well cooked I was under the impression that it came with at least breakfast, when I went to breakfast it was not included and it was $23.00 per person.

Check in is late they do now accommodate handicap at all! Pee stains on bed sheet! I called them immediately about it and it didn’t get fixed! They basically ignored us for the night, toilet ran all night long toilet wouldn't flush! Rooms need an update restrooms smell like mildew do not stay here not to mention the managers are so rude and basically tell you off if you complain! Save you’re self a bad trip resort fee and parking fee is ridiculous overpriced not worth it “resort” more like motel or inn

The property it’s self is good for kids. My experience let’s just say not the greatest but made the best of it! Housekeeping entered my room unauthorized with “do not disturb sign on door” removed and just went through my things. Second day found dead bugs in the room and called front desk requesting a room change but they stated they could not accommodate but overall for the time being my daughter enjoyed the water park best thing about hotel. They may need new management in my perception

They charge an extra 50 a night for a “service fee” that’s supposed to give you access to all the amenities that you already paid for, only it only gives you free access to the pool and mini golf, the shuttles are still an additional charge as well as like 22 bucks a person for the breakfast that should be included in the service fee! The hotel is way too big and it takes you forever to walk from your room to the lobby, it also takes an insane about of time to check in, we waited over a half hour just to talk to someone. Overall it was a complete ripoff and literally anywhere else would be preferable.

Hotel was great! We stayed in building 2, which even though it was far away from the waterpark and lobby, it was next to another pool which was very mellow. Staff was friendly. Noise level was great. Beds were comfortable.

What we didnt like was Dirty laundry left behind our bedroom door, there was an oily imprint of a shlong on the couch. The staff never brought us fresh towels and we stayed there for 2 days. I asked him to clean the room and they never came. The room safe was not usable due to batteries being dead. They say that with your room, Kids eat free and so does 1 adult for breakfast. But they charge just for both of our children and both adults staying in the same room and the food was convenient but poor quality and honestly gave us food poisoning.

The waterpark was everything’s as well as the mall. I loved the location not to far from Disney and Michelle and Lydia were great. Tgey helped me solve an issue ai was happy, I also watched how Michelle handled the problems of other guest as well. Very understanding and patient.

Check in was a little slow. Room was great, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, could have done with an extra blanket for the pull out sofa. Not a big deal. Attractions are not that close. Shuttle bus was only for Disney. Pool was great, very family friendly.

Front desk was attentive , Briahna was super helpful and gave us the information we needed, checked us in a timely manner, and answered all our questions . what i didn’t like is the guy on the other side offering “free stuff” to sell a time share, i understand he is doing his job but im on vacations tired from the day and he wanting us use to use 1 hr and half from out time which we didnt have to talk to us into something we dont want, i asked him and he went around it to avoid to answer. I had to walk away from him. Property was nice , old , clean, Bring soap cause they give you a tiny one. I requested more, there are plenty of towels, coffee maker with 2 regular coffees, they didn’t replenish regular coffee next day which was annoying, i drink coffee every morning. the restaurant people and the bartender super nice, the waitress wasn't approachable at all, thats why i didn't ask her For anything i went directly to the bar to get it myself. The lifeguards were doing their job watching all swimmers which was good, i was watching my daughter, and it was good to see them there for the kids who weren't supervised. Check out was quick and the girl on the front desk was a different one and was Also nice.

After showing up, there was an unexpected resort fee of an additional $55 per night. One of the restaurants was advertised to be open for dinner buffet- the entire trip it was not open for dinner. One of the pool’s bars was never open. The mo is theatre was not open the entire time. The activities were great- but when our child won - she won 1 jolly rancher (a little skimpy in my opinion- especially considering the resort fee). The AC did not work (but did get fixed when I mentioned it) The other restaurants were either out of food when we tried to order or it was hard to find the person who was supposed to be working. All this considered- the resort fee on top of the nightly cost seems a bit much- I might have different thoughts if all amenities were open and working, but this was not the case.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and kept our reservation here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first. We stayed for 5 nights and here’s my take on the experience: PROS -check in was pretty quick for a Friday night -room was easy to get to and parking was close, every time we left and came back (pretty much every day) -nice size for myself and my 3 kids -water park is fun, diverse, and geared towards the kids (with a little bar for parents ready to relax) -we had the 2 bedroom king suite, which also included a pull out couch (if your kids are anything like mine and need space from each other every other day, this will work perfect) CONS -THE HIDDEN FEES I booked on Expedia and knew there would be an extra resort fee and parking fee, but when I got there, they also taxed those fees and charged a $200 deposit fee on top of all of that. -I wanted to have the room serviced with new towels and sheets one of the days we were there, and they did take out the trash and bring new towels, however the sheets were not changed (they just made the king bed but no new sheets and did not make up the bunks) -you could tell some people were smoking weed in the rooms (it woke me up one night) and I have nothing against marijuana, but when you smoke it in small spaces occupied by others, I think it’s rude and inconsiderate and it stinks. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and checked in via text daily.
