Excellent location. Close to parks.

We were able to request connecting rooms at checkin to be able to surprise our grandchildren. The staff was very accommodating. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen accessories in the full kitchen unit. There was no toaster and very little cutlery.

Nice hotel

Nice hôtel, friendly staff. Love the Starbucks on site. Because coffee is the life. And a trip without life is deadly. There are nice big pools. If you get wet, there are towels nearby. Pizza in the mall is ok. Like if you've never had pizza before. Its good if you haven't eaten in a while and your comparision skills are off.

False advertising

Beware 2 bedroom suite as an mini fridge and mini microwave, do kitchen table. Worst of all NO door on second bedroom and it's bunk beds Not good for 3 adults and small child Water park closed due to cold water

The description is the same as described on the website. In regards to the a door on the kids room, according to the Orange County Fire Ordinance, a permanent door cannot be placed on the kids’ bedroom as there is no other exit from the room. About the lagoon pool, it was closed during your visit as the heater broke down and we were able to open our Oasis pool for our guests to enjoy since that pool was heated. Too many issues to give a positive review

My family was very excited to get to stay here due to the pictures online. Hotel is older but in process of renovations which we knew. It just seemed like none of the staff is properly trained and there is a lack of communication between departments when an issue arises. 1) our 1 bedroom room was not available for when we arrived. That's fine as we see early. The front desk person offered us an upgrade for free to a two bedroom so we wouldn't have to wait. It was a nice gesture and we took it. Got all the way to the room at other end of the property to find out it had a double bed and bunk beds in the other room. We requested a king bed. Called front desk and they offered to send bellboy out to meet us with key to a one bedroom which all of a sudden became available and to transport our luggage. No one came. So we went back to front desk and bellboy had no idea he was to come. Got our keys and went to our new room by ourselves. 2) went to the pool by the waterpark. Pool was closed for some reason so lifeguards told us to get out. Went to waterpark which looked cool. Not heated and my son was freezing. Decided to check out other pool at other end of hotel which was heated. Enjoyed it for 15 minutes then other kid puked in it and we were told to all get out for 30 minutes. This was obviously beyond hotels control but frustrating. 3) went back to our room - magnetic door lock would not work. Hotel could be amazing but needs some renos and training of staff. Location was great!

The pool is closed?!

My family and I drove from Clearwater just to stay at this hotel for the pool and slides just to discover that the heater was broken and the pool had been closed! We did not receive a phone call, text, or email to notify us that the main amenity of this hotel had been closed. My children were terribly disappointed as we had been planning this getaway for over two months. Some notice would have been appreciated so that we could find a back up!

Nice hotel with lots of activities.

We had a wonderful experiencie. The breakfast buffet had a variati of food and was delicious. My baby enjoyed the pool and movies at night time.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES!

Pros: ROOM SIZE, KIDS AMENITIES
Cons: STOP CHARGING A PARKING FEE
Location: CLOSE BY TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS
POS: CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE, WAS ABLE TO GET A FIRST FLOOR OFF FROM THE PARKING LOT, ROOM WAS SUPER SPACIOUS AND CLEAN FOR FAMILIES. HOLIDAY INN CERTAINLY UPGRADED IT SINCE HAVING PURCHASED IT. GREAT AMENITIES FOR KIDS. NEG: I AM FINE PAYING FOR THE RESORT FEE BUT THE NEW PARKING FEE IS A BIT OVER THE TOP FOR THIS HOTEL AND LOCATION. THEY MAY WAN TO RETHINK THAT ONE. AN TO CLARIFY, THERE IS NO VALET WITH PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE GROUNDS. SO WHAT ARE YOU CHARGING THIS FEE FOR?

As you may recall, even in the past we had the resort fee which was higher and the resort fee then, included the parking fee as well. With Guest feedback and with some of our out of state did not have vehicles with them, our management team made the decision to divide these two fees: Resort fee and parking fee, and the amount still added to be the same.
