POS: CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE, WAS ABLE TO GET A FIRST FLOOR OFF FROM THE PARKING LOT, ROOM WAS SUPER SPACIOUS AND CLEAN FOR FAMILIES. HOLIDAY INN CERTAINLY UPGRADED IT SINCE HAVING PURCHASED IT. GREAT AMENITIES FOR KIDS.
NEG: I AM FINE PAYING FOR THE RESORT FEE BUT THE NEW PARKING FEE IS A BIT OVER THE TOP FOR THIS HOTEL AND LOCATION. THEY MAY WAN TO RETHINK THAT ONE. AN TO CLARIFY, THERE IS NO VALET WITH PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE GROUNDS. SO WHAT ARE YOU CHARGING THIS FEE FOR?

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time sharing your feedback. I am delighted to hear you were very pleased with the newly renovated suites with the modern amenities. I certainly appreciate you recognizing the efforts and upgrades made. I would like to extend my sincere apologies for any inconvenience. As you may recall, even in the past we had the resort fee which was higher and the resort fee then, included the parking fee as well. With Guest feedback and with some of our out of state did not have vehicles with them, our management team made the decision to divide these two fees: Resort fee and parking fee, and the amount still added to be the same. I am sorry if you were under the impression that we added more fees to what had in the past.
