holiday villa stay

HORRIBLE HOUSE AT DAVENPORT

HORRIBLE DECISION TO MADE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT A HOUSE DON'T GO WITH HOLIDAY VILLAS OF KISSIMMEE THIS PEOPLE ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE THEY GIVE A DIRTY HOUSE POOL HAS CENTERPIECE INSIDE THE WATER AND ALSE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY THE BATHROOM CURTAIN WAS ALL BLACK AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A TERRIBLE STAY A 151 PURSLANE PASS DAVENPORT FLORIDA. It's sad how frustrating was in our vacation to be at this house.

Nice house, great space, the master room whit jacuzzi its awesome!! The pool very clean. Make me feel to me and my family in house

The home was ok. The problem that I have with it is that the alarm was sensitive especially the pool alarm. The sliding doors were hard to close and the alarm will go off and wouldn't stop until the sliding door was completely close. The bathroom showe door was hard to close as well. Overall, I understand why the alarm was there but it was too sensitive. I was a bit anxious.

Worn out furniture - tap water odor

Cons: ALL of the furniture and the fresh water system. Include hand towels & washcloths and more bath towels.

Had stayed at this very complex once before a few years back and everything was fine. This time, the living room furniture was shot and all the mattresses squeak from being old and way past their prime. There were only 4 bath towels for a 3 bedroom unit, and zero hand towels, zero washcloths. Called the number for assistance a couple of times and never heard back from them. The booking agent in the office was cordial and professional but she had nothing to do with the actual maintenance of the unit. She even contacted the maintenance people but received no response. The tap water has a distinct and unpleasant odor. Stay away from Lucaya Village until some serious maintenance has been done.

Worn out furniture and minimal furnishings

Pros: Location was ok, gated complex is nice.
Cons: Remove and replace most of the furniture & bedding.
I've stayed at Lucaya Village before and had a good experience. This time, we had a total of 3 units, none were equipped with hand towels, washcloths, or bath mats. All of them had worn out furniture in the living rooms and mattresses that squeak terrible. We called the "emergency number" a couple of times and even had our booking agent leave word with them, but our calls were never returned. The booking agent for Holiday Villas was very nice and professional but she has no control over the condition of the properties. So unless they update all the furnishings and provide sufficient towels etc., keep looking and stay somewhere else.

Hi-We have contacted the property owner and gave them some time to put the rental in compliance. They have not and the rental has been removed from service. We have people available 24 hrs a day. However, if customers call and do not leave a message, we have no way of knowing they called. I think that was the issue the guest had. Thank you

The address was provided correctly. Unfortunately I understand you were not sure how to operate the door code. We walked you through this and you got in ok. All rentals have wifi.

All I can say is if you are looking for a place that the wifi is spotty, the bathroom sink leaks, two of the showers shoot out cold water after the first 5 minutes and remains cold for 2-3 minutes, returning to hot/warm after that, a place where there is no toilet paper other than what was on the rolls, where the hot tub is not hot, where there was no blender, the iron was tucked away in a closet in a totally different room than the ironing board so we bought an iron since we couldn't find theirs, where they ignore all of your efforts to get in touch with them (we called three times and left messages from two different cell phones)...... then this is definitely the place for you! I am glad to say I have never had this kind of service (or lack of) anywhere else or I would probably give up on traveling. The biggest frustration was that there was no response to our calls. No one cared to help right some of these issues or even check in on why we were calling.... three times!
