I did not have high expectations due to the reduced price for the room, but it was much worse than even I expected. First, the office was closed just after 11:00pm when I arrived. The gentleman who came to check me in was a security guard in a vest and carrying an open carry gun. He was nice and got me checked in. The property and elevator were dirty. But the absolute worst was the stench of stale cigarette smoke in the room. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep. This was a Non-Smoking room and I had to sign that I would not smoke in the room (Not a smoker, so I happily signed this). I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. A MUST TO AVOID
This is a Transient housing facility trying to double as a legitimate hotel. We didn't even last one HOUR at this flop house. 1: The "Well furnished kitchenette" had ZERO dishes or pots (But they will SELL them to you) and 2 busted burners. 2: Place had an off smell and everything looked dingy. 3: NO TOWELS. (didn't get to asking if they sell those too...tried to call the front desk and HUNDREDS of roaches scurried out of the inoperable phone. 4: Took a call to Hotels.com to get the manager to issue a refund for our full paid price (We paid there, yet they tried to say we needed to get the refund from Hotels.com...the call got that fixed. If I could've given this place negative stars, I would've.
