The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly but had to talk to him through a round speaker bc the front lobby was locked at night. The ceilings needed paint and resembled a place someone wld get murdered at. The bed was clean but the appearance of the rest of the place did not appear clean with the dirt and crumbs onthe phone and had to look for cord to plug into phone to call front desk. Slept 6 hrs and did not even shower here because it was too creepy of a place. Later found out it is called stripper lane in that area and the other guests that stayed next door were creepy. Glad I made it out safely. Scariest place ever! Anonymous!

Nice hotel.

Hotel had been upgraded. Staff was upgraded. Always ready to help. Near Seaworld and mall. We will be booking this place again.

To far from airport

Pros: Nothing
Motorcycles roaring around parking lot, dog barking for 2 hours, people dragging around furniture at midnight, we had the alarm set for3:30 am

Cons: Room smelled and beds had severe wear in center of mattresses big divit
Location: rough neighborhood not much to do
Hotel said it was close to airport but was 7miles away and had no shuttle or transportation.

place was flooded

Pros: the staff
Cons: everything, the place should have closed during their renovation. There is nothing good that can be said about a flooded hotel
Location: it's convenient to a lot of restaurants and hotels, airport is 6 miles away. Very busy road it's on. There's an ihop, Olive Garden, a Mall
not only did the place flood twice in two different rooms, but there was a few permanent residents there as well, overall, kind of scary, tho the staff was very helpful.
