Nice, quiet place

Pros: I really liked the location. Near the freeway, but it was very quiet.
Cons: No much. It was a great stay.
Location: Quiet location and shopping nearby.
Staff was welcoming, place very clean and the breakfast was great!

Pros: QUITE HOTEL AND AREA
Cons: THE POOL! TO SMALL AND THE HOT TUB WASNT CLEAN!
Location: You can find everything around you. Walgreens it is behind you! Walking distance.
It was pleasant. I will stay there again. You can find everything nearby. Close to all highways.

Plenty of outlets, comfortable bed, sitting area, near grocery and retail. Good for the business traveller.

The staff was super friendly. They asked where we were eating dinner and provided us with a coupon.

They lost my laundry

Every time I drop off laundry or dry cleaning at a hotel, I wonder what I'll do if they lose it. This week I got to find out. After dozens of successful laundry experiences over the years at a variety of hotels, my first stay at a Hyatt resulted in lost laundry. Luckily they didn't lose my dry cleaning, so my clothes looked good on the outside (need I say more?). The laundry showed up the next day in a ripped bag. The hotel staff didn't seem too concerned and no one offered to take the charge off my bill or anything like that. Other than the lost laundry, in had a nice stay. For a 3-star hotel, the room quality and the quality of the breakfast buffet were very good. Good value for money (just don't trust them with your laundry).
