The property is beautiful and totally kid friendly. The resort also is relatively close to Disney and has shuttles taking you to/from parks. That was really convenient! The only criticism is the room cleanliness. It was sporadic from day to day...some days we received clean towels some days we had to call for them. Also the bathrooms didn’t appear to be throughly cleaned every day. I’m a little ocd, the hotel was sold out during the holiday so I cut them some slack. Overall it was beautiful and our family will likely come back again during the Christmas holidays.

    Nice and awesome family friendly property and great staff. Close to everything in Orlando. Safe and great resort. Just if they would include breakfast. It would be greatly greatly number one for family.
