Don't expect much

Much in disrepair, furniture not in good shape, broken or bent, bathroom did not smell as a bathroom should! Linens clean, everything else dated.

Tiene buena ubicación y a un precio acorde a lo que ofrece, aunque el trato de algunos de sus empleados y sobre todo de la recepción es grosero y malo, sobre todo de una recepcionista latina, rubia pintada con cara permanente de fuchi.

Booked this as Expedia said it was 60% off and it was close to Universal Studios. I thought I was getting a real hotel room but what I got was a room like in a Motel 6 or a Days Inn. Bait and switch? The room had thin walls so you can hear the traffic outside. I left a face towel on the bathroom floor on Fri night and it was still there until we checked out Mon morning. My friend left an empty shampoo sachet on the tub Friday night and was still there when we checked out. Sunday's coffee pod was in the coffeemaker Mon morning and our coffee stock wasn't replenished. The front desk staff was very friendly though. The 60% off price that I paid was probably what the room was truly worth so I didn't really get a deal. I should have just booked regular price on a reputable hotel chain. At least I would have known what I was getting. The room where I stayed would be two stars, not three!

Very happy with toom. Lots of toom and good view. Only stayed one night, but very satisfied.

Not so clean, beds uncomfortable!

My first room's bed was hard as a rock. They moved us to a new room and the bathtub was clogged there. It was not a nice experience.
