Room was not cleaned

Posted Feb 26, 2017
The hotel staff had no idea what it was doing and gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned from the night before. The door to the office was locked when we arrived to check in because the girl at the desk was out smoking. This hotel offers some of the lowest rates because it's the worst one in the area. Nothing good to say about this stay!

How not to run a Hotel

Posted Feb 22, 2017
Pros: it has a room avail
Cons: Tear it down
Location: Good
25 minutes check in. 1 attendant on duty. Hotel screwed up the people 3 guest in front of me. One guy in line walked out. The guy in front of him had room key issues, couldn't get in his room. Guy behind me said he wasn't going to stay there after he saw the room and check out. Dirty & smelly. Although they said they were sold out, most of the rooms I think were shut down because there were not many cars in the parking lot. Expedia should delist them. BTW the free continental breakfast was powdered donuts & coffee.

A run down, shabby little room.

Posted Feb 22, 2017
Pros: it wasent a hotel, a very small pool area at the front, @ that was that, There wasent any facalities there at all, no bar, no resturant, Shambolic.
Cons: the rooms, as they was extremely run down @ dingy, most definitely need updating, ' maintenance needs doing.
Location: The location was fine, there was plenty of resturaunts, @ shopping areas, @ the theme parks was very close by to.
When arriving in the early hrs of the morning, we was greeted to a foul dirty smell, as we entered the room, it door was absolutely filthy, @ the room was extremely dingy, @ not nice surrounding at all. the microwave did not work, there was no kettle to make a drink, @ the breakfast was absolutely shambolic, there wasent even a cereal you could choose from, a few doughnuts, @ a glass of watered down orange juice, the plug in the sink was not working properly, as soon as i filled the sink, the water was just draining, absolutely terrible experience, the room just seemed to be absolutely filthy, even when the cleaners had been in, it still did not look clean, as there was still bits on the floor, the worst place i have ever stayed in, @ would never go back there, @ certaintly never reccomend it to anybody, as it would be an absolute insult, so glad to get out of the place,as it gives me the shivers, just thinking about it, worst experience ever, in the whole of my life.

IF YOU LOVE RATS in your room, stay HERE!

Posted Jan 24, 2017
Cons: It could be torn down and replaced.
Location: WDW, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops.
The room was disgusting. Our room was filthy. WAY below average of a hotel with 2-3 stars. I'd say it ranks about a .5 on a scale of 1-5. Our floors looked like they had never been vacuumed, the bed was absolutely FILTHY and was not made properly. It looked like housekeeping stood at the room entrance and literally threw the pillows on the bed. The lampshades were all torn, there was no working telephone in the room, and the floors were VERY damp and left your feet PITCH BLACK after walking on them barefoot. (I don't recommend trying this yourself). WE WERE kept up EVERY NIGHT by young adults doing drugs right outside of our door, people screaming in foreign languages in the parking lot at 2-3 am, and kids blasting their subwoofers at 1am so loudly our room shook and the window rattled. We did NOT feel safe staying here. On the last night of our stay we returned back to the room only to find that OUR WDW bags that were FULL of expensive EPCOT treats and goodies had been chewed through by RATS and then they ATE the treats inside as well. SO COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We came to Walt Disney World to see the Mouse UP-CLOSE, but RATS?! Not so much a fan of...

Fine motel. Will not stay again.

Posted Jan 12, 2017
We just stayed here 1 night. We live in Tampa and often find a good priced hotel when going to Disney to avoid the drive after a long day. We have stayed at many way nicer hotels than this one for the price. There are no huge complaints. Clean and I didn't see any bugs. I just didn't feel really safe, the beds were hard, and the breakfast was just powdered donuts and coffee with tiny cups and nothing to stir it with. The people working were also less than friendly. I will not be staying here again, but it wasn't the worse place I ever stayed.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
This hotel needs to be upgraded. The couch in our room was filthy. The deadbolt was broke. The breakfast was powdered doughnuts, juice and coffee. The pictures on expedia do not show how bad this hotel is.

Terrible customer service; dirty rooms

Posted Dec 22, 2016
Our non-smoking room smelled terrible. The rooms were dirty and the beds were not properly made. As soon as we saw the rooms, we asked for a refund, but the staff was rude and refused. We left anyway. Expedia advocated for us, but the hotel claimed we had "used our reservation" even though we were only there for 15 minutes and refused to refund us.

Close to disney, sleep only!!!

Posted Dec 6, 2016
The room Triggered allergies to both of us. OK hotel to sleep only on a tight budget while visiting Disney. No breakfast but it does have fridge and microwave. Floor had a whole between bed and wall that was just covered by carpet and the shower faucet kept leaking. Cleaning crew left a bottle labeled "odor" in the room...
