Fine for the price

The hotel was a cheap hotel that I stayed in because it was close to a testing center where I needed to take an exam. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a place I only wanted to literally sleep in. The bed was comfy and they upgraded my husband and myself from 2 double beds to a single king for free. The A/C in the room was strong which was nice, but the room smelled a little bit musty. Everything was clean and we slept fine. There is a yummy bar/grill next door where we had dinner and the food was very good. The continental breakfast was average. Overall the hotel served its purpose and for the price was exactly what I expected.

High traffic area hotel..

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the air was cold..
The bed was comfortable and the air was cold, but the TV would not come on unless you kept pushing the button, the bathroom tub faucet kept leaking, the bathroom drain was slow running the water out, the carpet was soiled, and the electrical plug in the room had a light plugged to it and it just stopped working all of a sudden and nothing I plugged to it would work. We were very disappointed with this hotel. The outside looks good and there is lots of parking, but this hotel really needs a lot of maintenance and it would be great. Most of the problems had to be going on awhile. We will probably never come back to this one. We were both very disappointed with our stay..

Nice Hotel to stay at to be close to the airport

Pros: The bed was awesome, comfy yet still firm...Slept great once I got to sleep.
Cons: The cleaner smell and the a/c unit
Location: Wasn't there long enough, just overnight to catch our flight out very early the next morning
The only reason I was only OK with cleanliness and comfort, was when we first got to the room there was an overwhelming smell of cleaner/disinfect, maybe they should try using something not so pungent. The low rating for the room comfort was because the a/c didn't work very well...it was OK for sleeping but if you were moving around at all you broke out into a sweat very easily.

I had a great time. The shuttle provoded was great too bad it wasnt available at 11pm.

We are SO dissatisfied we have demanded a refund. The place was filthy and creepy. They tell us YOU "Expedia" are responsible for our refund

Hotel is in pretty bad shape

Had stayed before in other facilities of La Quinta but this one is pretty worn out and dirty.

Front desk personnel very nice, rooms are not checked prior to give to new guests, linen overused and obviously not changed, bathroom filthy, odor in first room... Refunded 30%

Cleaner rooms

I think the hotel has excellent customer service thats the only good thing the hotel has. the rooms are filthy the bathrooms are disgusting the bed sheets they need to be washed the toilet bowl needs to be washed The room smell like cigarette the carpet was disgusting you couldn't even walk on the floor your feed will turn black that's how dirty and disgusting that room was room 141

The hotel staff was very friendly and obliging. Very considerate. The free breakfast was very good. They kept things stocked and clean. Overall it's a nice hotel with good staff.
