stayed there for 3 night.
we arrived to the hotel and it look good outside.
the first room we get was with very bat smell (mold).
we ask to change room and the smell on the second was better but still not good.
was very tired and decided to go sleep.
At morning we surprise to see flood in the bathroom. the man on the dask was very roud and told us that there is no room available,and a
Maintenance man will handle that

Dear value guest, , I apologize to you for the problems you encountered during your stay. It appears to me that this situation should have been handled differently by our staff members and I have taken the liberty to speak to them individually to ensure that this type of situation is not repeated for future guests. I certainly appreciate your willingness to take time out of your day to write about your experience at our hotel as feedback from guest whether negative or positive is an excellent source of information to determine how the hotel and more importantly, how the staff is performing and what procedural changes can be made in an effort to better service our guests. Armed with this knowledge, we are able to take corrective measures thus improving our service to guests.
