Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. The only problem I really encountered was the Wi-Fi connection is pretty awful. It was constantly on and off every day.

Nice clean inexpensive hotel for one night at orla

Nice hotel. Close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. It's located in the middle of everything and perfect if you plan a trip to Disney/Universal. It took us about 7 mins to reach Universal. They also offer free breakfast and shuttle to the parks. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Exellent Hotel to go with your family, delicious breakfast, Big parking and it's very close to atractions, definitely a place to come back.

Lacking transportation info

Even though I asked, staff failed to mention buses that would provide transportation, other than the shuttle, to Universal Studios.

Nice hotel by Universal Studios

The front desk staff were friendly and very efficient making check in and check out quick. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great rates for a great stay.

Pros: Comfortable and very clean
Location: A lot of shopping to do around this area.
It was a nice place to stay if you're from out of state .

Bad choice!

stayed there for 3 night. we arrived to the hotel and it look good outside. the first room we get was with very bat smell (mold). we ask to change room and the smell on the second was better but still not good. was very tired and decided to go sleep. At morning we surprise to see flood in the bathroom. the man on the dask was very roud and told us that there is no room available,and a Maintenance man will handle that

It appears to me that this situation should have been handled differently by our staff members and I have taken the liberty to speak to them individually to ensure that this type of situation is not repeated for future guests. I certainly appreciate your willingness to take time out of your day to write about your experience at our hotel as feedback from guest whether negative or positive is an excellent source of information to determine how the hotel and more importantly, how the staff is performing and what procedural changes can be made in an effort to better service our guests.
