Great location!

Our room was clean, comfortable beds (LOVED that they were queen size beds!!!!!), linens were clean, everything worked; I have absolutely no complaints. It was close to a variety of restaurants (we ate at Denny's and had great service and food), shopping, attraction parks, and fun right down the street with many things to do. My kids want to stay there again and just walk around doing things right around the hotel, even though we have passes to Sea World. Go figure. :) Definitely will be staying there every time we go to Sea World.I would recommend this hotel.

What a good hotel is all about

Pros: everything
Cons: to get a shutter
Location: all parks are close by , next to highways ,public transportation and plenty of places to eat.
I had book a 7 days 6 nights stay , as I enter the room the smell of clean was so great the I let the front desk how impress I was , before my check out day bad weather hit the city of new York ,I had to change my flight I went to the front desk and I ask if I can extent my stay another 2 day , there were no delay from the staff I got my extra 2 days in seconds , I had been going to this hotels for years and every time it gets better, I recommend this hotel to anybody that like a clean ,well staff and quiet place to relax and enjoy the Orlando.

with shuttle service to disney

Pros: allowed to park my car before checking in so i could enjoy day at Disney
Clean room, allowed me to park my car before checking in so i could use the shuttle, the kids loved the Waffles they could make themselves in the morning. Perfect for our Disney expedition.

Room Smelled, Inattentive Staff, Sad Breakfast

As soon as we arrived in the lobby, I knew we made a mistake. The staff always seemed busy with other things and too many people. There was no elevator to the second floor, or if there was, it was too hard to find. Opening the door to our room we were greeted with a mildewy, musty, dank smell which came from the air conditioner (so running the air conditioner only made it worse). Breakfast was disappointing with few options, especially few healthy options. Even the orange juice tasted like an odd combination of all the juices. We had booked for 4 nights, but left after the first night and stayed elsewhere. If you just want a cheap bed, maybe this is right for you, but expect nothing beyond that.

I was a little shocked at this facility in comparison to the previous stay in a LaQuinta facility. I was disappointed.

No Elevator

This is only a two-story hotel, but there is no elevator. Front desk staff half-heartedly offered to help with bags, but we managed ourselves. Later, when we asked for directions to use IRide, front desk staff sent us off in the wrong direction, causing us to walk out of our way in hot sun.

Orlando trip

Location: it is a great location, near everything, great shopping

Old and rundown....very noisy.....

Location: Very noisy and run down....I would not recommend it
We booked the LaQuinta North near the airport and somehow they booked us at this old rundown place ...very noisy traffic ALL night long .......not a good experience...we have stayed at the LaQuinta North many times because it is nice...clean and friendly ....how we got switched is beyond me
