Positives-The breakfast was great. It was a full breakfast with options of scrambled eggs, pancakes, and waffles. The staff was nice and helpful. Clean beds. Negatives- We checked in late at night and our restroom was clogged and We couldnt go to the restroom in our room. We had to go to the lobby one because tney could not send/nor could we pickup a plunger until 7:30am the next day! Because maintenance was not available at night amd staff had no access to the maintenance closet. They did ask me if I wanted to change to another room but we had just settled in and unpacked so.we decided not to take the offer. They promised that maintenance would brimg up the plunger at 730am in the morning. Next morning came and fhey didnt show up and we had to physically go and request it again so they could go. About an hour late they went. So this pushed our leaving time to go to Unicersal Studios later because no one could shower as we were all waiting for maintenance to go unclog the toilet. Finally they go and unclog it and my daughter goes in to take a shower and rhe water doesn't leave so I tell her to take out the plug from tub and she says it doesnt have it. So I go check and there was a big black ball of hairs in the drain. And it is all stuck. It so gross but i tried taking it out so my daughter could finish showering. And then we had to call maintenance again after that. Only to wait another hour for them.to come unclog the tub drain. Dirty TV remote cannabis odor in halls

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and I had a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a convenient addition to my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was fine. Very mediocre. Had to fill out a lot of paperwork and they charged $100 for incidentals that I still haven't had refunded almost a week after the trip. Breakfast ended at exactly 9am. We came in at 9:05 and it was already closed off. I am not putting La Quinta on my list again when Hampton Inn is just $10 more per night.

Usually it takes from 2 to 7 business days for the bank to process the transaction. Regarding breakfast, on weekdays is from 6 to 9am, and on weekends from 7 to 10am.

Property was not like other La Quintas I’ve stayed at- hideous fluorescent green and purple everywhere, dingy rooms, and the AC must have been full of mold, because every time the AC turned on, the room smelled like a musty basement

The bathroom backed up in the middle of the night two nights in a row. The office staff was quick with the plunger. Very disappointed that the pool was accessible and hours were not posted so we were kicked out of the pool. If pool hours were posted and the door and gate were locked then the issue could have been avoided. Breakfast was basic but served it's purpose.

Great choice for close proximity to Universal Studios. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms! The free breakfast was pretty good with several options. Free parking! Our room had been updated. The bathroom was older, but everything worked just fine. The only disappointment was the shuttle service listed under the hotel description. It leaves for Universal at 8:30 and returns at 5:30 not giving any other options. I would still recommend this property for the other reasons mentioned above.

THEre is nothing unique about where we stayed. THey obviously just took over a building next door to them that previously belonged to someone else. The first room we checked into the plumbing in the bathroom was being repaired so it was not useable. The 2nd room was just as bad. We were using two rooms and both of the rooms smelled, almost like mold. One of the toilets backed up and had to be unplugged. In both rooms, the shower head was so loose we thought it was going to come off. Asked for an extra blanket multiple times before we got it. We left for the day and when we came back that evening the whole place reeked of marijuana. I have used LaQuinta many times in the past and always had good luck. NOT this time. I am very disappointed. Not sure if I will continue to use in the future,

Property is well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and there are good dining options nearby. There is ample parking space as well and is free. Also this property has a shuttle going to Universal studios.

The hotel is a little dated , it looked much newer in the pictures . On entry into my room the window was open and the highway was right next to the hotel so could hear it load , talked to reception and they got someone to fix it. Same night the toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night, I looked and fixed it myself no big deal . Shower was old and needs replacement. The main door to the room was having issues opening too. All in All you get what you pay for I guess.

The hotel photos do not show how run down it actually is. The breakfast wasn't great and there are no options for those with a dairy allergy other than dry cereal. The site lists an area shuttle but only goes to Universal. The universal shuttle was at least 15 minutes late for the end of day pickup every day. I wouldn't recommend or choose this hotel again in the future.

Though the staff, breakfast and rooms are comfortable, I had concerns. The elevator indecisively worked, the room was only cleaned upon request (new protocol), the door to room 207 didn’t close without major strength. However, the German cockroaches that are highly invasive was the most worrisome issue.

Check in took a long time. Only one staff member at desk. Dining area was way too small for the number of guests. Not a lot of variety for breakfast. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
