Didn’t like the room, the bed was in bad shape, they only gave us two towels and one soap for 4 nights. The ac was dirty same as the toilet.

The only thing good about this property was the staff, excluding the Properry Manager. The Manager was rude and unhelpful. The front desk (Michael) and Driver (Shavon) were the best. No Hot Water or Water pressure and the property was not cared for very well. It was clean.

Hair left from previous guest in the shower, pool was disgusting and the hot tub was out of order with no sign. The elevators looked like a bomb went off in them. Just overall rough around the edges. Front staff was nice and helpful. I wish they had a nicer hotel to run.

This hotel is close to the airport. Has great options of restaurants that you can walk (5min) Just note that there is no cleaning service till after you leave but they still provide anything you need at the front desk.

Stayed for one night with my family. Paul was very helpful with all my inquiries regarding transportation etc., room is very clean. We only given 1 tiny siap and 1 small shampoo but thats okey we have our own shampoo/conditioner bodywash. Breakfast need some variety everyday. Over all I recommend the place.😊

The staff was very helpful & nice, super close to airport 5min. & free shuttle staff called room 1hr 1/2 before shuttle pick up time, free hot breakfast! Very quiet & restaurants within walking distance of property with a huge variety from fast food to fine dining! I didn't like hot tub was cold!

The property is not well maintained - Lyft is old, room smells musty, air condition controller does not work, instant coffee machine unclean and stained. Amazing staff though.

I reported the tub dripped the whole time. Not hotels issue but the room across from me, someone had a huge bowel movement on the carpet outside their door. It was nauseating and I was sick all morning for my flight
