Florida Trip

Pros: Great location in regard to the airport. Location also was very close to all major Orlando roadways.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast. A few more options should be added the menu.
Location: It's Orlando Florida, what more could you say about that.
Both hotel and rooms were very clean and well worth the stay. The complimentary breakfast left a little bit of a void, but at least the facility was kept up and clean.

Cost effective and convenient

Plusses were proximity to the airport, the option of a free shuttle service, helpful staff, and walking distance to several restaurants (I did not have a car, so this was very helpful).

Convenient stay close to airport

Pros: Shuttle, spacious rooms
We stayed here one night before an early flight out of the Orlando airport. It was perfect for our needs. There was a free shuttle which was the reason I booked it. I needed to return my rental car to the airport the night before and all I had to do was call the main desk and they sent a shuttle over to get me. Then the next morning the shuttle ran every 30 minutes over to the airport. The shuttle was timely and the driver courteous. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Highly recommend.

Nice Hotel for a quick stay.

Hotel was nicely remodeled. Elevator was very questionable. We chose to take the stairs more so than the elevator....and we were on the 4th floor. Hey, we got some exercise. The room seemed clean, but then we found some cheetos on the floor. Otherwise the room was very nice and comfortable.

Pros: Clean, well kept, great location, and awesome staff.
Cons: Confirmation email should be updated with number to the front desk, so that customers have it available to call the shuttle from the airport.
Location: Great location near dining, shopping, and airport.
The hotel room, facilities, and staff were great. We did experience an issue with the fire alarm one morning. It went off accidently and it took two hours to be resolved. However, the hotel was kind enough to give us a 50% discount for that day. great customer service.

Near to the airport

Nice hotel, adequate staff. Room was clean but hallways looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in days. Pool/hot tub both clean. Room very nice and bed comfortable. Would stay here again if price was a tad better.....

Disappointed

Although the room was larger, which was nice, the rest of the experience was awful. Check in: walk to the front desk, there were 2 ladies behind the desk. One was helping another customer and the other was chatting. After a few minutes, the chatter stopped and the lady helped check me in. She gave me the key card then just disappeared. I wasn't sure if I was done or had to sign something or... Eventually I just walked away. The room: when I walked into the room, it smelled funny. Not clean, not dirty, just funny. It was also hot and humid. Kids wanted to swim so I called down to the front desk to see if there were towels at the pool or if I had to bring some from the room...no answer. We ended up going to the front desk one the way to the pool and the lady gave us "pool" towels. Which were about as big as a washcloth. Oh and when we left the room, the door wouldn't shut. I had to pull/slam very hard in order to get it to close. The bathroom: there were 2 bars of soap and no joke, a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner that was USED and it looked like they just refilled it with a shot of soap (enough for 1 person)! The bar of soap...was horrible. It felt like it was sucking the moisture right out of you. There was no fan in the bathroom either. I was really disappointed by this hotel. We only stayed near the airport for the night as we had an early flight...thank god it was only about 12 hours total in this crap-hole! Many other hotels close by. Stay elsewhere!

Fire Alarm would not stop!

Everything was OK until the fire alarm went off at about 9 am and no one was able to turn the false alarm off. After waiting an hour with a very stressed and anxious kennelled pet, we checked out and left for the airport at least an hour early to get out of the noise. Our pet ended up being kennelled for an extra 2 hours for no good reason. Since we booked the room to reduce the continuous kennel period for our pet by avoiding two hours of driving the day of our flight, we were most disappointed that our pet ended up having to be kennelled for that extra time anyway!! The only saving grace was that it did not happen in the middle of the night. We recommend that all of your staff be trained on how to deal with a false alarm appropriately!

Great stay for one night travel to and from Orlando Airport. Shuttle service available starting at 5 a.m. . However breakfast not served until 6 a.m.
