Horrible experience- the staff of the hotel I was booked with was incompetent and unable to correct the error in the reservation- poor customer service and a total lack of communication and cooperation between Expedia and La Quinta- will never attempt to stay at La Quinta Orlando again and will avoid by all mean a booking thru Expedia - you are both horrible.!!

We found a roach in the room and did ask for them to switch they did with an upgrade,Not a bad place to stay but it’s not your typical 4/5 star stay the breakfast is ok but not a lot of option after two day you’ll definitely get tired of the food , and also there a lot of things to do in the area

Property condition is good, the staff was very friendly, the location was excellent. Excellent excellent. This property is right next-door to the shopping and dining and activities complex called icon Park with the giant Ferris wheel. Also walkable to puppy golf, and hundreds of dining options. Easy freeway access Yet quiet property

We always stay at this hotel in Orlando, the staff are always great. They will accommodate a late check out if possible, always very nice, parking is great. It’s an older hotel but very clean. The tables outside could be wiped off once in a while other than that this hotel is great.

Check in was easy, staff was great, dining options were great as well. Great area for families with children! Two parks that were near by. Breakfast was good, very busy, but still good. Thank you to the breakfast staff for being patient with the us and putting the breakfast food out in a timely manner! I only stayed one night, but I will come back.

I feel bad for the employees because they are kind and hard working. The location was perfect! However, the rest of the hotel is horrible. The TV remote wasn’t working, so it was difficult to make the correct selection. The refrigerator didn’t work. Some outlets didn’t work. One of the elevators didn’t work. You could hear the person’s TV in the room next to us as if our TV was on. They had their TV on full blast all night. Of course, the low price attracts ratchet hotel guests. Ratchet is an understatement. I will stick to Hilton and Marriott brands because I have PTSD from staying in the hood. Just as I couldn’t get out fast enough, I noticed a parking violation on my car because of a glitch in their system. I highly urge you to stay away from this hotel if you have an ounce of class.
