If you’re just looking for a place to stay for a night, it’s got just enough. If you’re looking for something luxurious for a vacation, probably not it. The “do not disturb” sign regularly fell off the door handle. There were small blood stains on the bed sheets. The towel rack in the bathroom was barely holding together. And I’m pretty sure I wasn’t given new conditioner and shampoo since there was probably a tea spoon left in both bottles. Also, the bathroom was poorly maintained as some of the floorboards didn’t connect with the wall and the floor molding was lazily thrown up, there wasn’t a cover over the light and there was weird blue stains on the shower curtain. A lot of this stuff is nitpicking or things that are easily solved by talking with housekeeping. Overall, I would say it’s worthwhile if you’re looking for something cheap and a short stay. But if you need a well kept, clean feeling place, this wasn’t it.

This property is a roach motel. The general manager David was rude and still charged me for an over night stay even after I relatively told him about the roaches in both rooms. Place is disgusting and they should all be ashamed of themselves.

This property is falling apart, we let the front fest know and he say they are waiting for the corporate give the ok to replace the mattresses I wish I can upload a picture, they changed my room because the toilet was leaking, ohh my God it a mess.

This was the worst hotel i have ever lived in. Lobby to our room everything smelt bad. horrible condition of everything, walls, floors, doors and above all it smelled throughout our stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bedsheets weren't changed the whole stay, room was dirty and smelled badly. Various things around the room were broken/ not working. Very limited contact with the staff. Online says free shuttles available and there were none

The room was dirty, there was trash from the previous renter by the bed, there Elsa’s mold spots in the shower up on the wall, the check in clerk was abrasive. I’ve stayed in la Quinta hotels before but I will not be coming back to this location.

Nothing unique, hotel lies about amenities Pool was closed and in their site claims open Will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again, not worth for the money you spend....By the way I worked for a hotel and I know the overview of a hotel.

I've had positive experiences at other La Quinta hotels in Florida, but unfortunately, this one fell short of expectations. The premises didn't match the standard I've come to expect from the brand. The cleanliness wasn't up to par, and despite being promised a room for five, we were given a very cramped space. Considering the price paid, we expected much better conditions. The room felt dark, and the overall facility conditions didn't meet the usual standards associated with the La Quinta brand. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Save yourself and your money! This is a terrible place to stay. The rooms and hallways smell awful and literally made us feel nauseous. After 30 min we had to leave and book another hotel.

The room I was given smelled like an old wet dog. The room had carpet and obviously pets were either allowed or snuck in the room...it was horrible. But, I was in the middle of moving and just didn't have the time to move to another hotel. But the staff was very nice!

Not on par with other La Quinta’s in Orlando area. Breakfast was subpar with much less options. Bathroom had mold in ceiling. Had to call maintenance to replace dead/missing bulbs in lamps. Checkin and checkout was easy.

Room smelled like cigs and feet. A lady went into her room while we were still walking to ours on 3rd floor… as she opened her door the worst smell of cat urine leaked out and we heard a cat meowing. Based off that and stained carpets everywhere we turned around and checked back out. We don’t want bugs and doubt any other room would’ve been better. Ruined what was a good night

Walkable restaurants near by huge plus. Breakfast was very simple though waffles cereals bagels breads etc wish they had eggs and bacon. Staff was always very helpful. Only thing they got roaches in the breakfast area on the daily…other than that..all good
