Nice hotel near UCF

Pros: IN UCF
Cons: Carpet was still wet from being shampooed recently. Would prefer dry carpet. But it was clean!
Location: Only interested in being near UCF
Enjoyed our short stay. Missed not having a refrigerator

Nice hotel for short stay

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only complaint is the walls are very thin and could hear our neighbors who were up very early talking all morning.

Pros: desk staff was very nice
Location: UCF
hall carpet needs to be replaced, trim needs to be painted. In general starting to show wear. Breakfast needs some additional items small selection. Waffle makers are a good thing maybe add another to reduce wait.

.... but your boss should pay for it. A bit further away you get a motel for two thirds of the price.

Loved that they're a pet friendly hotel

Thank God for this hotel. Unfortunately my family and I suffered a loss in the family and needed to come into town for the wake and funeral but unfortunately I had no one to stay with my pet on such short notice. I was able to bring my dog and it was the easiest process. There was no issues at all during our stay.

I moved to this hotel after a bad experience at another in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean hotel, safe, awesome pool and hot tub! I'm also a runner, I ran down the main road in front of ucf. No issues. Lots of resturaunts in the area. Good place

The rooms need significant real cleaning

The carpet and bathroom floors were not even up to the typical Orlando (not-so great) level of cleanliness. The carpets are far past due for professional scrubbing. The bathroom floors had not even been mopped and had all kinds of small debris on them. They too could use some professional scrubbing. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the room had an overpowering smell of some soap / disinfectant - probably designed to mask some other smell. I have stayed at this hotel before, but will think twice about ever staying there again due to these issues.
