The location was very convenient to shopping, Disney and restaurants. Comfortable bed and spacious 3 bedroom condo. Nice pools and hot tubs to relax at. All staff were very friendly and willing to help with any issues. Would stay here again.

4 star because the bathroom in the master bedroom wouldn’t lock. Just had to hope no one walked in on you while you using it. Property was decent and they do offer coupons for attractions. They give off treats from 8-10 certain days which was great. Staff were very friendly! Take your own toilet paper because theirs was hard! Game room across street from building 4 where we stayed and outlet stores. Definitely a plus!! There is a Publix grocery store 3 minute ride from hotel also. We had a pretty good trip experience. Would stay again!

Amazing pool area and great central location for travelling to local attractions. Lots of families. Rooms are clean but be aware no housekeeping. Furniture and appliances show their age and some are worn. But room is spacious and has everything you need. Nowhere to get decent food or coffee within walking distance. Overall it’s a 7/8 out of 10.

Room need better more comfortable beds as these were outdated and just not comfortable. Rooms also need measuring cups and spoons and ice maker either in hallways or each room. Other than that it was nice.

Great property to stay at. We really enjoy our stay. Only issue we had was with our key card not working a lot. Shopping in walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Pools are clean and safe for children.

This hotel was decent but not perfect. Rooms were big and spacious but the furniture was old, hallways had an odd smell. Beds were really comfortable. Parking was strange, had to drive around in circles but eventually found something. You can’t beat the price, but I think you get what you pay for. Pool was good, drinks were stronggg at the pool. One restaurant on site closes early. I would go back. Good not great!

This property did NOT disappoint!! We got the 2br suite and it was nothing short of amazing! Clean, comfortable and well maintained! Will definitely have to come again! Will recommend to EVERYONE! It’s an outlet mall RIGHT NEXT DOOR! Grocery shops are right down the street! Make sure you book here!

Our experience was good overall. I think they should work on air cleaning since it smells moldy specifically in building 1 where I stayed. Also, room was spacious and nice but the furniture is extremely old and sofa looks dirty. On the other hand is a budget friendly hotel to spend time with family.

It was so easy to get to the theme parks! The rooms are absolutely massive and the balcony view of the pool gave us the perfect sunrise view. I’m so glad we stayed at Lake Buena Vista Resort- we’d definitely go back again!

Place is well kept and pretty much tidey. The 2 Bedrooms Condo Suites are pretty large. The Jetted tub was a nice add in to the master suite. The kids had very good beds to sleep in and the kitchen has all the utensils and plates you need if you plan on cooking or enjoying some in home meals. We did not spend alot of time in the condo since we had many activities to do in Florida. Overall I would stay in that place again if the rates could be a bit lower.

When i arrived, I was greeted by a friendly employee who provided me with a room key and she directed me towards the customer service/welcome area. I was then interrogated by a subject with gray hair and what appeared to be “rotten” teeth. This subject was asking invasive questions. His tone and his invasive questions were offensive. I felt that the way he presented himself and the questions he was asking were unacceptable. I didn’t appreciate his “interrogation techniques”. The room was nice, however, the dishwasher was leaking and the shower head/nozzle in the master bedroom/bathroom was also leaking. There were also numerous areas within the hotel that wreaked of marijuana. My overall impression is that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else, and I believe I overpaid to ultimately be harassed by who I later found out was a “security guard”.
