From the moment we arrived they were very happy to Point out we were NOT owners or members. They charge 22$ a day for parking, which you have no choice but to pay unless you Uber in an Uber out. A 25$ resort fee. Unable to restock room supplies like towels or coffee. Other than the cool view of the construction going on out back, and the obnoxious “parking pass” lady (who is just there to sell/push a timeshare on you) it wasn’t Completely crappy I mean We did get vouchers for a complimentary bottle of water or cup of coffee for every day we stayed

The staff are second to none. From night security Leon, to engineer Pablo and everyone in between. Hilton - you are lucky to have such incredible people!

This property is walking distance of Universal Epic Universe. This will be a go to stay when they open next year. I've stayed here before and it's well maintained and very quiet. I will come again due to the convenience to Universal.

Terrific property for families. Pool, splash pad, slide and family centre we're all terrific. Staff were welcoming. Easy access to conference spaces for business or theme parks for pleasure.

The property is very good and the staff are excellent. However, I didn’t feel this safe getting back to the hotel after dark. There is minimal lights on the pathway leading to the hotel. I got surprised when they called a luxury cab to bring me back to the airport. They mentioned the fare should have been 50-55$ but it was 90$.

On the last night of our stay, had two cockroaches on the dining table and then woke up the next morning to another one on the bathroom mirror. I had informed the front desk to which they immediately sent up housekeeping but they did not do anything beyond check on the situation. Front desk also stated that they were fully booked so we could not be moved to another room. They didn’t even offer any other sort of compensation or even apology. We had to frantically check our luggage to ensure there weren’t any roaches in there and possibly bring them home. We did not leave any food out either. Just feel that ruined our stay there and would recommend to keep that in mind when booking this hotel.

It was beautiful, the studio room was larger than a regular hotel room and the kitchen was very convenient. The food at the restaurant was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Parking was amazing in the private garage! Zero complaints! 10/10 would recommend!!

Sticky floors and small bathtubs
Floors in the room are not cleaned properly, they are sticky where you don’t have a carpet. Bathroom is damn big with small bath tub where you even cannot sit properly.

I liked my stay, the room was an okay size, I don’t like that mini fridges didn’t have a freezer part. Strange considering most people stay a while. It was very clean. Staff cleaned 2 times during my stay of 9 days. Tv and WiFi was not good honestly. I had to constantly disconnect and reconnect our devices for the WiFi to work. There is staff everywhere so you can always get help when you need it and they are always friendly.

I would never stay here again… even as they told us check in was “guaranteed” at 4pm our room wasn’t ready till 530pm. They also were doing renovations in the room above us so we woke to hammers every morning. Beyond that, they told us at check in you must alert the hotel 24 hours in advance if you want your room serviced by housekeeping. We did this for one day, but they didn’t service the room. The manager told us “we have no record of your request” even though I had a text chain with confirmation. Lastly, hotels can’t bit claim to be eco friendly and that’s why they won’t service your room every day and have plumbing so bad it takes 10 minutes to warm up every time you want to take a shower. I spoke with the manager about these issues, who barely offered an insincere apology.

This was our first time staying at this resort. We enjoyed our visit and found the hotels location very convenient. The only negative part is the additional 22.00 a night for parking in addition to the resort fee.

Staff was great. Hot water was lacking in my room making showers not great. Pillows in room were awful. Not a bad stay but wasn’t great because of the lukewarm showers and uncomfortable pillows.

This is our 4th time staying at this property and will not be the last. We return each year because it is wonderful. Not to busy, great pool and kid area outside, and the staff has always been the best and remember us each year. Highly recommend for every reason you can think of.

Saved are vacation we stayed at a universal partner hotel call Avanti resort and it was horrible! The Hilton was still avail and we switched to them they saved our vacation and we loved our room. Super clean and quiet !

Just another hotel that scams its customers by charging resort fees for fake amenities, such as "streaming audio and video from your phone to the television," (which didn't even work), and charges $30 a day for self parking.
