I think this is a great place to stay for a family spending a few days. I along with 3 of my friends and my god daughter spent a night here and I will say we were comfortable and it was spacious. I would say the only downside is that the upstairs bathroom has no enclosed space for a shower so it’s entirely open but there was a shower downstairs so it worked out. Overall this is a nice spot for a group or family and it wasn’t far from the attractions!

The room we had was clean and stocked with essentials we would need for our stay . The property text us throughout the stay updated you on special activities they offered and was also a way to ask for things you might need .

Had a issue with the booking originally thought I booked 2 nights with expedia but turned out only 1 got placed so had to book another at resort only to find out I would have to check out 10 am then check back in t 4pm I was bummed but when I went to check out the lady here at legacy gave me my same deluxe room for the double room price and said we could return to room asap and sorry for the mix up. So in future will be calling legacy to booked way easier and you can make request. Love this place as my son as well. Will be my new kissimmee spot.

I stayed here April 19th and 20th stayed in the Oaks because the description and pictures on the website said Premium 1 bedroom suite. The room I was Was given was 317B.It was a one bedroom living room, dining room kitchen.Nothing like the pictures on the website. It was dark and the floors were dirty wouldn't recommend staying there. My next door Neighbors were very noisy and wouldn't stop yelling. They room that was given to me wasn't the roim I booked online. My grandson's Mom and them had a room that also the same condition as mine dirty I don't think they kniw how to clean the floors. But was upset because was nothing like the pictures so beware what you book as this place isn't what it describes to you or shows you in the pictures. Don't stay here not what you pay for. Resort fees pools are cloudy the gyms not clean. Sanua was broken .

I had the worst check in experience at this location. You would think if check in was at 4pm there would be more than one person behind desk to assist people. The line was long with several complaints. It wasn't ladies fault trying to check us in but even she was overwhelmed. The resort sent me a text to pre register, stated my room was ready, and to check in at the kiosk. I had the confirmation number, the QR code and it wouldn't check me in. Overall the rooms are outdated but the kitchen and the way the tub was set up in the suite we're nice.

I was in the very back of the resort. There were loud people talking in the parking lot and not even going to a room. There were people riding around on bicycles staring at me and then one even stopped and stared. I felt uncomfortable and thought a bit dangerous. If you are on the bottom floor, the kitchen is pointed towards the parking lot. The only light in the room is a dim lamp and the light behind the curtains. If you open the curtains in the kitchen on the bottom floor, anyone can see you from the parking lot. It is especially dangerous at night. I may have been in the bad area because when I walked to the front, there seemed to be no problems. It was only in the back of the resort. I arrived very late. The key didn't work for the recreation area. It was supposed to work. I wanted to get a side from the vending machine. This place did not give me a resort experience. It was more like a hotel with a kitchen.

Room was very small but tidy. Neighbors were very loud, yelling, and had the TV blasting at midnight to 2 am. There was very little sound barrier between rooms so we unfortunately heard everything like we were in their room. Overall good for one night until we could make it to our final destination. Would not stay at for a long vacation. There was just not enough room for 4 people to be comfortable for a long visit.

Great value and very friendly staff. The only thing is that parking is not great; it is first come, first served, so it was a bit of a walk. Also, the rooms are a bit outdated, but overall, for the price, great!

I would like a refund because the bathroom broke and leaked all over the kitchen living room and ruined all on my sons clothes and 2 pairs of shoes also it was very inconvenient to spend a the day packing and unpacking to go to an other room and we had to cancel our paid plans that afternoon it took the staff too long to figure out how to fix the problem

The rooms were nice, clean and about 15 minutes from Disney! There were movie nights at the pool and they even hosted a card game the week we were staying. The only issue I had was the traffic exiting the building. Maybe just a few minutes delay but traffic in Kissimmee was like that for the most part. Overall I think it was great place to take my family and I would go again.

The property is well kept. Large pool and jacuzzi. The two bedrooms are spacious with plenty of linen.

Even tho it’s a little outdated, new curtains snd maybe some LED lights in the pool would help vibrant up the place besides that we enjoyed
