This place is disgusting and not only that rude

So I get there to check in and U_____ that works the front desk could barely be bothered. Anyway get a room after an hour of sitting on the dirty furniture in the lobby. Get to the room and it smells musty, there is water damage on the walls, patches to holes that were never painted or fully repaired. Hair in the sink, mold all through the shower that barely had enough pressure to quench a small thirst. Paid their 11.00 per day resort fee, for the non-existent wifi, freezing cold pool, the poolside bar that was never open and the power that was out for almost 24 hours. Was tough to get ready for work with no power. Was it close to the parks, yes, but I think tent camping might be a comparable choice in one of the local parking lots. So I contact Expedia for a refund for the two nights that I decided to give Florida a valid chance and stay somewhere else and this is going to sound crazy but they tried to contact management several times and when finally able to reach them, were told I would need to contact management myself.....well I am sure they meant to call me back anytime now to discuss that refund..... I wish any future traveler a better experience if they decide to chance this place. I was asked if I had any drugs by one of the people staying there, and had I had any, I most certainly would have done them to numb the experience.
