Good place to stay.

Pros: Good restaurant, quiet.
Cons: Sink didn't drain well. They didn't fix it. Every thing else was very good.
Location: Lots of things to do and places to go.
Would definitely come back. Lots of rooms,clean, close to every restaurant imaginable.

Not so great

When I first arrived I waited thirty minutes to check in and there was only one guest ahead of me. There was another guest very upset and complaining about ants and no hot water. Not a very good first impression. When arriving at the room it didn't seem to be too bad but when my daughter tried to take a bath and couldn't get the faucet to work without my help in pulling on the handle and a broken plug I was disappointed. The rooms were cleaned properly but the hair dryer did not work either. Also, I was told at check in that on top of the resort fee per night there was a $20 incidentals fee as well. Not only this but they would not take cash. I will not stay here again in the future.

Price VS Reward

If we look at the price of the hotel; the rewards from it are too good to miss out. Walgreens / Taco Bell and CiCis Pizza which has all you can eat buffet are walking distance. Free miniature gulf and swimming pool. Microwave in the lobby and refrigerator in the rooms are good value. 30 mins from Universal Studios and free complimentary shuttle services. Though their times are weird, leaving at 1110am and be picked up by 630; it's impossible to enjoy the park in that short timespan; so we had to Uber. But that service is there, so we would sometimes leave early; and take the shuttle back home for free; or vise versa. It's not a 4 or 5 star resort, but if your goal is to be out all day; and just need a place to crash at I would recommend it.

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants

My stay was ok...Was surprised to find out that this hotel does NOT provide straight transportation to ALL the disney parks! Have to get to the park that they take you to then catch another bus to the park you want to go to like Animal Kingdom and Hollywood...which really sucks! Having to try to leave those parks to get back to the other park to TRY to catch the bus back to the hotel...AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 PICK UP TIMES 8 and 11.....Hotel was ok BUT the transportation needs some tweaking!

The worst hotel

The worst hotel I've had ever stayed!There was a cocaroch no microwave the smell in the room is not good and there was no INTERNET!!!

Nice hotel, very close to Disney.

We always stay at this hotel, when we visit Disney. My girls love the playground, mini golf and of course the pool. I like that it's super close to disney. The price and restaurant on site. We always enjoy our stay.

This place is disgusting and not only that rude

Pros: Lots of parking, cold water in the lobby to drink while you wait for power
Cons: My list is long and time is short
Location: Its by the parks I will give it that
So I get there to check in and U_____ that works the front desk could barely be bothered. Anyway get a room after an hour of sitting on the dirty furniture in the lobby. Get to the room and it smells musty, there is water damage on the walls, patches to holes that were never painted or fully repaired. Hair in the sink, mold all through the shower that barely had enough pressure to quench a small thirst. Paid their 11.00 per day resort fee, for the non-existent wifi, freezing cold pool, the poolside bar that was never open and the power that was out for almost 24 hours. Was tough to get ready for work with no power. Was it close to the parks, yes, but I think tent camping might be a comparable choice in one of the local parking lots. So I contact Expedia for a refund for the two nights that I decided to give Florida a valid chance and stay somewhere else and this is going to sound crazy but they tried to contact management several times and when finally able to reach them, were told I would need to contact management myself.....well I am sure they meant to call me back anytime now to discuss that refund..... I wish any future traveler a better experience if they decide to chance this place. I was asked if I had any drugs by one of the people staying there, and had I had any, I most certainly would have done them to numb the experience.

Run for your life!

I probably can't put this entire review in 50 words. Run down, rat box in room, smashed up bath tub repaired with putty filler, no working lights and terrible management service. If you don't see the warning signs of people checking out as you are leaving due to hotel conditions then good luck
