Great place for young kids.Posted Oct 14, 2015
Pros: All the different activities going on for kids and adults too.
Cons: Not sure. They are doing a lot of up grades to the rooms now.
Location: This resort is only a few miles from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Downtown Disney. And maybe 10 minutes from Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal.
We took our granddaughter here. She loved all the characters she got to meet and had a blast in the pool areas. If you have kids that are into Nickelodian then this is the place you want to stay.

Worst customer service ever experiencedPosted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: Pool was fun, kids enjoyed it. Room was okay for 5 people to sleep in space wise.
Cons: Room was dirty. Customer service was appalling - worst experience I have ever had at a hotel
Location: Close by car to Universal and Disney but don't bother with the buses - they are infrequent, crowded, and the hotel doesn't give you the vouchers.
I booked this hotel with a friend. We have kids of different ages so I took the little one to the hotel to check in and nap while she finished up at a theme park. When I booked the hotel I called to make sure that if she arrived and I was not there she could get into the room and was told "Of course, we will make sure". I called again the day before and confirmed, "Of course". And when I checked in I told the desk clerk my friend was arriving after I would be heading out for a show and made sure she could get a key to the room, I wrote down her name and was assured she would be given a key. When she arrived them refused her entry saying that only her name was mentioned in the comment field and that she did not have permission to be in the room. She had to wait in the lobby, with her young child, for 2 and a half hours for me to get back (my phone was off as I was in a show). When I complained the desk clerk responded that "She didn't go to the right desk (she did) and if she had just done what she was meant to it wouldn't be a problem" and then said "Well I can't be held responsible for someone else's mistake". My husband spoke to the manager and my friend was given a free breakfast but the whole experience was awful. The buses to the theme parks only run 4 times a day, which they did not tell us when we check in, resulting in additional cost for a taxi, and to reuturn on the bus you need a voucher, which the hotel did not give us even after we asked for bus details.

Ok resortPosted Oct 5, 2015
We were not impressed with the resort. It was very crowded, no where to sit at the pool or leave your items. The rooms were nice. Couch was not comfortable and hard to sit on since it angled down. The tub would not drain and had water puddles up on the floor each time. We went for the ninja turtle dinner and it was great. We tried double dare and enjoyed it. My daughter also lost her ipod and the staff was great at helping us find it.

Nasty HotelPosted Oct 4, 2015
We Arrived at nick the day before going to Disney. Well we should have just stayed another night at our house. We did arrive at 10:30 and they let us check in earlier... But that was all... The pool was so nasty, my 11 year old asked to take a bath and get out of the water. What 11 year old doesn't want to play in a water park??? We finally did the other stuff and ate and was time to go to bed. We have been up for 11 hours driving and played all day so it was early. Opened the couch bed it was the most disgusting thing I have every saw. Called front desk 2 times and after 40 minutes went to it. Sent a maid to change the sheets. That couldn't speak English!!!! The sheets were not dirty the mattress had more dna than most crime scenes. So needless to say 4 hours later we have a "newer" mattress and no sheets!!! Don't waste your time or money staying here!!! They wouldn't Refund my money because we stayed the night but did give back the resort fee... Whoop whoop😡 which was 20 dollars

Prices are expensive for a 3 star hotel.Posted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: pool activities and toon characters.
Cons: corridors flooring be better than Asphalt Room finishing needs allot of general improvements. more toiletries & drinks
we could have higher value for money in several other 3 star hotel. Room facilities are very normal, closer to motel style. the only special thing in this hotel is the characters showing around and the pool activities, and may be the night show. Room amenities include free parking, room coffee machine. Never stay in the hotel in weekend, it is overcrowded.

Happiest Hotel we have ever stayed in!Posted Sep 27, 2015
From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt special. Every staff member, it seemed, went out of their way to smile and greet us and treat us like we were the most special guest that had ever been to the hotel. We stayed for 4 days. Our daughter had a blast and yet we adults wear comfortable and had a nice time as well. Highly recommend for family!

needs updatingPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: being outside the room at the water park
Cons: The entire room needs to be remodeled
furniture is in bad condition and needs replacing. the money paid does't match the comfort of the stay.
