Not really a holiday hotel

Lovely hotel but obviously aiming for the corporate market rather than the holiday market. The large family pool was shut one day, with just a days notice for a "corporate event", all other guests weren't allowed to use it. The bar prices are crazy unless of course you can charge them all to an expense account. If you want to watch a film in your room that will cost you $15, if you want to listen to some music that will be $24. Wifi, other than the slowest speed, is another $6 whereas in most places now it's free?

Dear csj, Thank you for choosing our resort. We apologize that one of our pools was reserved for a private event during your stay. We limit these occurrences and keep all other pools and recreation areas open for guests to enjoy. We also have a resort guide with all the recreation activities so guests can know ahead of time if a pool area will be closed for a period and can plan accordingly. We make it available on our website as well. We hope for the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Kind regards!
