I guess when you get a balcony room you should ask what your view will be. We were able to count how A/C units they have and we also had a great view of car valet / luggage pick up and drop off we would we have loved to look at the golf or pool. A/C units were so loud, we were unable to stand outside.

Hurricane Evacuation

I can not say enough about the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate. My husband and I made a last minute reservation due to Hurricane Matthew. We looked every where for a hotel that would take our fur babies, four dogs and a cat. They willing excepted them and us making us feel welcome during a very stressful time. Our pets were treated well and enjoyed their stay. It was overwhelming the amount of dogs we saw those couple nights we were there. Thank you so much Omni for taking such good care of us and allowing not only us but all the other guests to bring their WHOLE family with them.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room was impeccable!
Cons: The gym was a bit difficult to access, but the 24/7 hours were nice.
Location: I never left the hotel.

Hotel is in part in renovation

Poor customer service this time around and management has lost that drive that Omni has been known for as far as taking care of the customer. On another note the room was past 4pm when we were able to go in and management tried to accommodate by saying we could use the amenities the resort has to offer instead of being in their toes and getting everything cleaned and ready for the customers.

Pros: Friendly staff and fast service (room and restaurants)!
Cons: I like everything about the Omni! Clean hotel with fast service and great food! Not the mention excellent spa service at Mokara! It's the best in the area!
Location: Mokara Spa is located on lower level! One of my favorites!

This is a great hotel. I had so much fun using all their outdoor amenities and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Consistently Awesome!

We return to the Omni at Championsgate every year because it has become "predictably awesome". Omni seems to be interested in return guests and it shows. We feel like we are valued and that the staff is genuine in the pursuit of our happiness. We loved that we had a small fridge in the room to keep a few items. My one complaint is the drink prices at the pool. The prices just keep going higher pushing people away from ordering them. Its like they are charging more because less people aren't ordering them but it's because they are too expensive. Lower the prices & more people will be at the bar ordering multiple drinks and food. Ice, Bacardi & Pina Colada mix = $6.00 not $12.00 See you next year

Great hotel and Staff

Pros: The staff are amazing!!! They go out of their way to make you happy!!!
Cons: Just very cold in hotel lobby and restaurants!
Great hotel, great staff, would stay again!! Staff is super friendly, hotel is beiatiful. Great pool, lazy river, and slides
