Consistently Awesome!

We return to the Omni at Championsgate every year because it has become "predictably awesome". Omni seems to be interested in return guests and it shows. We feel like we are valued and that the staff is genuine in the pursuit of our happiness. We loved that we had a small fridge in the room to keep a few items. My one complaint is the drink prices at the pool. The prices just keep going higher pushing people away from ordering them. Its like they are charging more because less people aren't ordering them but it's because they are too expensive. Lower the prices & more people will be at the bar ordering multiple drinks and food. Ice, Bacardi & Pina Colada mix = $6.00 not $12.00 See you next year

Great hotel and Staff

Pros: The staff are amazing!!! They go out of their way to make you happy!!!
Cons: Just very cold in hotel lobby and restaurants!
Great hotel, great staff, would stay again!! Staff is super friendly, hotel is beiatiful. Great pool, lazy river, and slides

its a nice option but in my opinion its not a 4.5 star hotel...the parking its not free,they dont have an station charger for hybrid cars,and the mattres feels old for a 5 star hotel.Anyway the room was clean and the staff its very friendly.

Disappointing stay.

Lazy river was closed. Pool slide was closed. Disappointing. We got an ice cream voucher instead.

Pros: The Staff
Location: Needs more walking distance restaurants and boutique stores.
We really enjoyed the family friendly Omni Resort. It's spacious and has plenty of pool area to lounge. The lazy river was my favorite.

Not really a holiday hotel

Pros: Location was great for the Disney parks.
Cons: They need to decide if they really do want holiday guests rather than corporate.
Location: Very little in the immediate vicinity.
Lovely hotel but obviously aiming for the corporate market rather than the holiday market. The large family pool was shut one day, with just a days notice for a "corporate event", all other guests weren't allowed to use it. The bar prices are crazy unless of course you can charge them all to an expense account. If you want to watch a film in your room that will cost you $15, if you want to listen to some music that will be $24. Wifi, other than the slowest speed, is another $6 whereas in most places now it's free?

We limit these occurrences and keep all other pools and recreation areas open for guests to enjoy. We also have a resort guide with all the recreation activities so guests can know ahead of time if a pool area will be closed for a period and can plan accordingly. Beautiful hotel with lots to do

The hotel was beautiful. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Food service was quick and the sushi restaurant downstairs was delicious. We will definitely be back!
