Great family vacation

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Wonderful pool and lazy river, very well kept and great for kids. Free transportation to Disney parks and Downtown Disney (Disney Springs), just can take a while to get to and from with all the stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Just wish the shuttle started earlier...

Booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle service to the airport. Sadly the shuttle service doesn't start till 7am which doesn't do a lot of good when you have a 7am flight. The hotel itself was fine, clean and the bed was very comfortable just wish the shuttle had a larger time window.

Super last minute booking!

It was a last minute booking. My daughter and I stayed an extra day for visit Universal and Islands of Adventure and the hotel we started at didn't have rooms available for the extra night we had planned to drive home. After finishing the park really late, we decided it best to get a room and found this one which was a bit of a drive from the park and pricey for the midnight arrival just to crash, but we felt safe knowing we would be getting a decent hotel in a safe location for us. Wish the cleaners did not' come banging on the door early in the morning though.

Not happy about accommodations

I booked two double beds and when we got there they only had king beds left so they gave me a roll-a-way. It came with sheets only no comforter or blanket, they were all out of them. I booked Marriott because they usually give great service as you pay more. I paid $190 for one night!! I should have gone to a spring hill suites or best western. It would have been better. Very disappointed. I brought my friend because I love Lake Mary and was embarrassed.

Pros: Nice hotel conveniently located to I-4. The gym has great equipment and was very clean.
I was here for a family emergency so answering all these questions was not on my mind, my regular hotel was sold out due to spring break and bike week. However, the hotel is very nice and I absolutely recommend. Easy access parking and quiet rooms. You can walk to restaurants in the area and there is a Publix right across the street. If you buy water use the vending machines on your floor as the water is $4 downstairs and $2 in the vending machines.
