10 FULL DAYS! One AWESOME place to stay in Orlando

Posted Jul 19, 2016
We decided to stay at World Center Orlando Marriott. We so could have stayed at one of the Disney World Resorts but the ammunities decided it for us. The cost was extremely less and the shuttles took us to almost everywhere we wanted to go for just a tip. We chose to go to Discovery Cove and Sea World which we took a shuttle that we just had to call the night before to have them pick us up...again, just a small fare & a tip. We did go to Busch Gardens in which we chose to rent an economy car to drive there and then spend the rest of the day/night at Tampa Bay and then later the beach @ Clearwater, Florida's beach. It was AMAZIMG!! LOVED LOVED LOVED OUR TIME!!!!

Not what I thought

Posted Jul 15, 2016
Reservation was for a king bed and pull out couch. Didn't receive that. Had to fit 4 ppl on 2 dbl (small) beds. We requested extra shampoo and we were told only 4 mini bottles were allowed a day. W the terrible news on the shooting of the dallas police officers our hotel was the only one that did not honor the half mast . When we approached a worker the response was that it wasn't mandated. We will not stay here again

Beautiful hotel

Posted Jul 11, 2016
The hotel is a beautiful hotel , the rooms were very nice, the pool was awesome it had three water slides it was spacious they had a laser show every night.. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only negative things I have to say is that they did not have free shuttle service from the airport and back. Also to the theme parks shuttle service was not free as well for us. It was really expensive I would recommend using uber since it was much cheaper to use. There is not Much around the hotel you would need a car to travel out. The food in the hotel was awesome but was really expensive I would recommend eating out. There is a food court in the hotel which was the least expensive but it only offered pizza and burgers. It's a great hotel but they need to work on offering free shuttle service at least from the airport to the hotel.

Fabulous hotel for family getaway

Posted Jul 5, 2016
Never have to leave the resort. Countless activities all day long for kiddos to enjoy without ever having to leave the resort! Our children range from 1 to 12 years old, and all 5 enjoyed it immensely. Exceptional kiddie pool for the little ones. Awesome slides for the older ones. We will definitely be back!

Nice pool. Close to restaurants and parks. Parking and resort fees are too expensive. Self parking is expensive and still a decent walk away. Beds are uncomfortable, had to request refrigerator and bathroom not the cleanest.

Great Hotel

Posted Jun 6, 2016
I recently stayed here on Memorial Day weekend. The staff was wonderful, everyone had a smile and was eager to please the guests. It was so busy, but the staff did a great a job. Everyone who worked that weekend should be commended, from the front desk, to the recreation people, the lifeguards, housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to help out. The hotel was great, the kids loved the water slides, the pool was fun. Its a great place to stay if you have kids. It was so packed on the holiday weekend so for me I would probably choose to go back there on a less popular time. My youngest went out every morning to save seats by the pool, the line to get into the pool to save seats was horrible he said.. When the holiday weekend was over however and most of the hotel emptied out, it was fine. We didn't have to save seats after that, it was peaceful by the pool. Parts of the hotel looks like it needs updating but overall it was fine. It was a bit pricey, but in all the years I have gone to Orlando, every place is like that in Orlando, its a tourist attraction unfortunately and you pay the price. We did not rent a car as I read the reviews about the high price of parking at the hotel and it was far away. The hotel is massive so I couldn't imagine parking and walking that far. We used an uber everywhere and it was so inexpensive and easy. Definitely the way to go.

Comfortable and welcoming

The resort was great. Lot to do for all age groups. Staff was very helpful and even with multiple conferences going on no one was in the way. Blended leisure guests with business guests.

nice and quiet

Parking was terrible. Valet took 40 minutes to get car one of the days. Call ahead number did not work any of the days. Store closed rather early and I needed toothpaste. Other than this it was excellent. Comfortable, nice. Staff was friendly.
