Not pleased!
The "resort" was being renovated into appartments. No game room, exercise room or much of anything but a pool. The toilet was broken and ran all night long. The stove was very dirty. Bedding was older. The area was very dark and we never saw security. The elevators are before the lobby so anyone could access them.

Dirtiest place to stay! Bed bugs and nasty odors are nasty. The carpets are super dirty!!! Only one roll toilet papers! The phone doesn't work nor tv remotes! Never come back here again!

If you want an old apartment
Didn't feel like a hotel, more like an old apartment building with a bad musty smell throughout. The apartment itself was spacious and had plenty of room, but more like an apartment, but not hotel quality. Old worn out carpets, not very comfortable beds and not enough pillows for everyone. We booked the resort because they claimed to have a game room for the kids, this of course was false advertising because no such game room exists, the fitness room is also pathetic as it is no more than 2 treadmills and a sort of stair climber. All in all I felt ripped off and would not book there again.

Still a great location, but the carpet was filthy and in desperate need of a shampooing. The couch was also very dirty and smelly. The dishes were never checked and we had to rewash most of them and there wasn't a lot of silverware.

. No internet in rooms; only in the lobby. To have Internet connection internet connection in your room, you must rent a router. . The carpet was dirty throughout our 3 bedroom villa . The beds were very uncomfortable . We had to request towels because they were not enough for six people and was we have to wait until house keeping comes in the morning

Not horrible, but could be much better!
It was very disappointing to us that Wifi was only available on the ground floor. The common areas were very warm. The room had a stale smell. Also, the Jacuzzi tub was only a sunken tub. Also, we had reserved a 3 bedroom, and they had us reserved for a 2 bedroom. The room was dated and the couch/couch bed was gross. The $45 cleaning fee is ridiculous, especially for 1 night.

Horrible and Disgusting Experience
When we arrived there was an altercation in the lobby so a gentlemen asked the front desk rep. to stop checking us in to call the sheriff. I assume they are short staffed. First of all it was filthy on the carpets leading to the room, the hallways smelled of marijuana. The room was dirty, there were crumbs under the beds and in the cushions of the chairs, some of the furniture was broken, the curtains and the blinds need to be replaced. Not many dishes are glasses in the room, the ironing board was broken so I had to iron on the kitchen counter, and all the mattresses need to be replaced, the King bed I slept in left imprints from the mattress in my back so I slept on the sofa bed the second night which was a little better. I have been a guest at this hotel since they opened their doors, but after this visit I will be taking my business elsewhere. They need to upgrade, lower their prices for the inconvenience of staying there, or close their door.s. I would not recommend this resort unless you just need somewhere to sleep. Also the pool was dirty and so was the overall property.

The only issue we had was concerning internet and Wifi the web site clearly stated free wifi this was NOT the case in order use wifi you have RENT a router in for my 3 day stay it was $50 cash deposit , at check $20 back ...costing me $10 a day for Wifi everything was great

Staff and service was exceptionall. This is the second time we have stayed there, it is definately in need of updates, but for the price, our family was able to all stay together. It is basically a 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony. There is no wifi

Pool was closed for the weekend. Room was dirty. Fridge did not work and there was two HUMONGOUS roaches in room. Say No to room 308. It's been 3 days and MGMT had yet to return ANY OF MY CALLS.

Poorly maintained, dirty room, with a nice pool.
I have been in many hotel rooms around the world and this was the worst! The carpeting was very badly stained throughout, the floors were dirty and the furniture was stained and dirty. The bathroom was moldy with a rusty curtain rod and some of the towels were not stained, but dirty.The A/C filter was clogged with dust, ice-maker didn't work (with no other ice available), hair dryer, alarm clock, lamp, and 3 GFI outlets didn't work. Advertised as accommodating 8 people, yet silverware & dinnerware was sparse:4 tablespoons, 4 forks, no teaspoons, 4 plates, 4 bowls (1 broken), no toaster, no teapot, only 1 blanket, and not enough towels.

Not picky people but going elsewhere next time.
Not good. We are not really picky about accommodations. Clean is mandatory though. We have been to this resort three times. The first time we were really impressed. The second time was still ok, but this time was bad. When we first got there our rooms thermostat was hanging off the wall and the air conditioning was not working. We were told that the maintenance man was notified and that he "might" be back tomorrow. After a significant amount of complaining, we were given another room. The carpet was filthy with big dark stains on the carpets. There wasn't barely any cook ware. Like 3 spoons and a few glasses. And that's in a 3 bedroom condo. The elevator broke down for a day a day was told it was fixed. But it wasn't. They had to call him back. And we were on the forth floor! The floor in the middle of the hallway looked like someone dropped something heavy on it because there was a hole in the floor under the carpet. The price is great, but we will be going somewhere else next time.

My girlfriend and I stayed from 4/24-5/1 in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our stay was nice. We got to our condo and realized that our refrigerator wasn't working. We called the front desk and after some back-and-forth calls they finally replaced our refrigerator. The bed in our suite was unbelievable hard. There needs to be some MAJOR updating and cleaning in each condo and the property. The location for us was wonderful! The pool area needs a better gate to keep the wildlife out. We didn't use the pool area because we noticed that raccoons we're wandering around the pool during the night hours. The outside of the building needs to be power washed or resided because it is weathered badly. The description on the website says there's a convenience store of some type on the property there are none only vending machines. We did not use the gym or the sauna no specific reason there was just no time and our plans for. We didn't know prior to placing a reservation that housekeeping wasn't daily or every other day so we had to purchase a broom and other cleaning supplies to help keep our stay tidy. We had to pay a $45 housekeeping charge at check-in and then we found out that that's the fee for the condo to be cleaned after we check out. We will definitely stay again and recommend this location to others but just be mindful of the things that I mentioned above. Not a horrible place stay while on vacation. We did not use the second bedroom or bathroom but it needs updating as well.

Pros: The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They were very willing to provide additional towels, kitchen items, etc. Cons: The carpet was dirty (like things were sticking to my wet feet if I hopped out of the shower), the beds in the second bedroom were old and uncomfortable, the kitchen didn't have enough supplies such as salt & pepper, a spatula, coffee mugs, wine glasses. The refrigerator's ice maker didn't work. Basically, the unit we had was rundown and no one cared to fix it. The main areas were dated and dirty. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway everyday that we were there. The parking garage is a tight squeeze, as evidenced by the number of scrapes on each of the poles in it. I can't imagine how many rental cars were damaged there. The outdoor pool was not heated adequately. Although the parking passes clearly state that they sell Disney park tickets there, they don't! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms! It was so bad, we stayed at another hotel for our final two nights of our reservation. I opted to take the loss, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was refunded for the pending night stay.

There room was clean,but the bath tub would not drain. Ask the front desk to fix it and it was not.no clean wash cloths. Not clean Sheets on the beds.and was changed a deposit and cleaning fee. I also paid 50 dollars to check-in early. I was given back check-in fee after I complained.

It is not bad for the price.
I was a little worry reading a few reviews after I booked the condo. I told my wife that I hope I didn't mess up our vacation with the kid to select lower price condo. We got two bedrooms condo for three people. This condo can be use for six guests. It have the washer and dryer. We have a lot of space even play hide and see with my kid and the view at the pool was great. Yes the carpet is not the best condition like a four stars resort. You get what you paying for. People wearing their shoes on the carpet. There is no way to wash the carpet in between the next guest. I suggest just wear your sandals inside the condo to keep your feet clean. My family love this place. It only take 15 to 20 mins to get to Disney Parks parking lot. The stuffs are friendly with information around the area. The cover and good size parking. Overall the area like clean and safe. It is good for people who are going to Disney World with their own car. The price is not bad at all since I was staying on the week before Easter Sunday. At the elevators area, there is a information touch screen TV, it show you what around the area like shopping center, entertainment, and restaurants around town. I think they should offer free router inside the condo. If you want to use internet without renting their wireless router for $45, you might want to bring your personal wireless router and cable to save your $45. My condo is missing a cutting board. It made cutting a bit harder on the plate.

My family travels quite a bit. This is our worst experience in life. 1. On Expedia this hotel is listed as a resort but actually it is apartment community. So basically we got a 2 bedroom house without any amenities when we thought we are getting a resort. 2. The carpet is in terrible condition. I have not seen anything worse than this carpet before. Everywhere there are big spots. Carpet also had a lot of dust. Looks like nobody bothered to clean it. 3. The staff was very hostile. One of the toilet was not flushing and we told them about it in the morning and went out. It was not fixed when we came back in the night. When we asked them about it, the person told us that "I was not there in the morning". 4. We took the house because it had full kitchen. But the kitchen was missing a lot of important things that we need for cooking. 5. The dish washer was not working properly either. 6. Whole apartment was stinking.

The only thing I liked was that we were near Disney Park. I liked the game room. I didn't like the fact I looked under sheets found strings of blond hair. Also hair string was in shower. The carpet was stain bad. Also we had a very small trash can little thing for the room.

Very disapppinted
We stayed here years ago and had a pleasant experience but will never stay here again. This resort needs a major renovation to the rooms. Furniture is dated and shows a lot of wear and tear. The carpet is dirty and seemed to have not been clean or vacuumed in awhile. The beds we horrible and hard as bricks which didn't give us the rest we needed for the activities away from the resort. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A terrible experience.
After being on the road with 3 kids for 15 hours driving from pearland Texas to Orlando Florida I got to the resort and they told me that I didn't have a reservation because we already overbooked. So my resorvation was cancelled a 12:00 a.m. And I didn't have anywhere to go. With the children crying in the back wanting to sleep. With the people around me telling me how dirty the resort was in the lobby. So I would never do it again.

We booked in advance and still didn't get what we booked but the staff ensured that we were comfortable and even discounted our stay. Our room had a view of Magic Kingdom and Epcot Fireworks nightly. We were glad not to have to go to a viewing location with an infant and toddler at night. The covered parking garage was a big plus.

Family Stay in Orlando
Upon arrival we were informed that Expedia overbooked the property. We watched as several people were turned away after a full day of travel and having had reservations for months. Luckily, although they did not have our correct reservation, we were provided a room. The carpets were dirty/stained. The beds were awful. The pool was not heated as stated. No wifi in room (only in lobby or by elevators). HOT TUB was BROKEN THE ENTIRE TIME.

Don't - if it looks too good to be true, it is!!
We reserved a 3 BR condo. When we arrived there were only 2BR avl. No other options, it was that or nothing. They told us we could get moved to 3 BR the next day, but had to talk to manager who worked 7-3 (aka- not when people check in). We would not be able up move until after housecleaning cleaned rooms (they come at 10am). So basically we could waste our whole day trying to switch room or just stay with the 2BR. Place was a joke- dishwasher broken, showers didn't drain, 1/2 kitchen outlet not working, no dish towels, not enough bath towels per person, 2nd BR bath door didn't close, not enough glasses pp, NO wine glasses, no housekeeping services entire stay (had to take out our own trash), no extra pillows for fold out couch, no hangers, coffee maker but no coffee or filters. They did give us one night free & provide 2 rollaways.
