Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Worst customer service. Called to give feedback of my stay, but she was so defensive and talked over me. I could not get my message through because she will not let me finish my sentences. Had really bad attitude...very unprofessional.

Great house to rent near theme parks

Overall very good experience, although we had some trouble finding the place.
