worse experience

Noise from the AC roof units won't let u sleep. The breakfast ( not included) restaurant's carpet original color green now it's black from ( I don't think they ever cleaned it ). Outside building swimming pool dirty . Worse experience that's all

Other guests reported bed bugs. Poor upkeep. Tried to check other guests into my room while I was still there-they were able to open locked room door with the keys they were given.

Good for a 1 night stay

I had stayed at this hotel before, about a year ago, and it was much better. The hotel is nice and I love that there is no carpent on the rooms! Now the bathrooms are really rundown for the price that they charge. The tub was broken and leaking, there was dust on the light fixtures and the AC was mounted on 2 pieces of wood. On the main pool area...really nice, but the pool rules were only in English, so there were this couple with literally 6 kids, running around the pool area, diving, making huge splashes of water and screaming like there was a war coming. Now, I know when you have kids is hard co control them, I have 7 myself, but when the pool rules on an international hotel are only in English and must of the guest speak Spanish, they should do something about it. Most of us only have a weekend off to relax with our spouses, and when you have that type of a situation at least the staff should do rounds to tell people the pool rules.

We were sorry to see that you experienced some maintenance concerns in the room that are outside of our norm and that another family were being inconsiderate in the pool. Was disappointed. Pictures on site are very deceiving. Old hotel that is starting to get pretty run down. Weird chemical smell in the room. Also at check in, while the hotel staff were very friendly, there is a table they direct you to after check in where a lady hands you a stack of papers about discounts and then tries to talk you into attending a time share sales pitch breakfast.

Steph, Thank you for your review. We were sorry to see that you felt the resort didn't match up to the photos and your expectations. The maintenance and housekeeping (odor) opportunities you have mentioned are outside of our norm. Our VIP services team share local attraction info and special offers and discounts. They also will mention about the Timeshare tours for interested and qualifying parties. It is completely voluntary and some people love to see it whether they end up buying timeshare or not and some do not have time to tour or are not interested and that is fine too. They will still share all the wonderful discounts with them.

Hotel close to Disney

Hotel was in prime location and close to most attractions, is dated but clean. Unfortunately we discovered that our daughter's panties were taken from our room, contacted the manager Calvin who did NOTHING! He discounted our bill for 20.00! Would never stay there ever again! Upon checkout we were overcharged $200.00 than originally quoted, again they did nothing to correct!

Shannon, When you brought the missing items to our attention we did investigate this but the room attendant that provided your housekeeping service did not move or notice your dirty laundry. However, as a goodwill gesture the Manager on duty did reimburse the cost f the items to try to resolve the situation. The hotels is in need of upgrade .the beds are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms are in poor condition.

The room was clean and no bugs in bed as i read in some of the reviews. I guess is better in the higher floors because my room was in the 6th floor and I dont have any complains. Maybe for the price breakfast should be included but afterall it was a nice hotel.

HOTEL NEEDS WORK.

Location: shopping
The hotel charges a resort fee but is in need of a lot of work to be considered a resort. The dining staff was very rude during breakfast with not even asking what we would like to drink . Our room had issues with the bath door not closing ad the bath tub not draining.
