Don’t be cheated

Terrible staff said I have no booking, limited shuttle service to theme parks only that maybe late or no seating, long waiting time if you missed it as ~2hrs apart for another shuttle. Long time to travel to the destination as there are several hotel stops. Key cards not working kept you walked upstairs and downstairs again.

bugs inside the bathroom,terrible customer service

Pros: the bed was ok
Cons: cleanliness and the shuttle services
We visit Disney several times a year, at least 4 times, so we are always looking for a good/clean hotel that provides the shuttles for the parks (this is actually a breaking point for us when deciding where to stay). I won't stay here never again, I won't recommend it to anybody either. The shuttle service is awful, never on time, this is pretty annoying specially when you are tired and planning on heading back to the hotel. This happened to us, we waited for 30min nobody showed, we called the hotel to get information, they said they didn't know or had anything to do with the shuttles, and our only option was to call the shuttle company directly, what kind of customer service is this one?! don't say that you offer something that you actually don't! We stayed 2 nights and found 3 bugs total on the bathroom....

nice and clean modern rooms

Pros: it had a very nice swimming pool and everything is modern
Cons: nothing i personally can think of
Location: restaurant shop was close by my daughter work right down the street
room was perfect had the room with two beds the fridgerator was a nice size also there was a microwave all was very clean hotel was very close to restaurant not to mention free breakfast all the staff was friendly

Great alternative in Kissimmee

We chose this hotel because it's near Disney, and also there are several dining and lunch restaurants near, Sweet Tomatoes and Perkins being our favorites.

Nice hotel room for 2 close to theme parks.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant for the low price I paid. Would definitely recommend to stay for anything under $75 a night. Wifi was fast and reliable. Average breakfast but hey it's free. The best thing about the hotel is how comfortable the bed was. Number of towels provided was also great. Would totally stay again for the right price.

Nice inexpensive stay close to Disney parks

I didn't know what to expect being my first time staying at the Quality Inn and Suites. Upon arrival the outside of the hotel is a little run down and out dated. The hotel is located close to the Disney parks which is a plus. The staff in the lobby were nice and welcoming. Our room was renovated and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. My favorite part was the free breakfast. Breakfast was served until 10 which was enough time for me and my family to enjoy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an inexpensive alternative. Not my first choice or favorite but it was decent.

I booked and paid for a suite for 4 adults and 2 children. They gave me a standard room with 2 double beds. We had to sleep on the floor and were still charged at the suite rate.

Not what I expected

Pros: The hotel was close to Disney and the hotel had a big pool. Cons: The room- it was small for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. We had a room with two beds and barely had space to put anything down. The room only had 3 drawers and 1 stand up closet. We had to keep most of our clothes in our luggage. In addition, the room carpet was dirty and stained throughout. Possibly the reason why small roaches were found. The breakfast- was free however it was not all edible. We opted in buying breakfast out everyday. The hotel- the hotel has 3 floors. It has one elevator but it's in the middle of the hotel, too far for the end rooms. Even though there is one elevator it was not functioning at the time. I will not recommend this hotel to friends or family.
