Great, friendly staff!

The staff was wonderful! Our room had some issues (broken A/C & door locks) that they made every attempt to fix. We did have to switch rooms but they made it very easy.

Close to Disney Springs and a great location

Staff were very courteous vs others up the street. I had to book this quickly because of an error by hotel staff nearby.

Surprised to have a suite with bedroom and kitchenette. Complementary bus transportation to Disney parks and free parking. Great breakfast.

We've been coming for a few years now!

Great location! Clean rooms with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast area is beginning to get a little crowded but many traveling families. I feel parents should monitor their children better by these areas but that is not the responsibility of the hotel. Overall great stay!

For $100, one should not expect much. The reviews were just so good! It was a dingy out dated hotel with nothing really good to say about it, except for the price. Check in took a log time and the walls through out the hotel looked like somebody ripped off posters or paintings. Maybe they were going through a renovation. Not sure. The pool was not heated and was a weird color, along with the hot tub. The vending machine was out of most choices and since their little hotel store closes very early, we had to get an uber to go get cocktail mixers. The shower was really old and cracked and a couple of the towels had brown stains. On a good note, we love having a suite option as we have have two kids. The kids said the fold out couch was fine and it was nice for them to be able to eat at the small table in the room. The free breakfast had a lot of options which is good for families. It seemed to be mostly families heading to Disney World, which can be good to ask others for park advice. Anyway, it was $100. Decent price. No frills.

Nice place Nice people Nice location

Pros: The location. The staff.
Cons: change their outsourced transportation service to another with better customer-service oriented drivers.
Location: There are several places to go, to take dinner, to find gifts, etc. The place is located on Palm Parkway where are a lot of beautiful green areas.
Definitely I will recommend this place for vacations in Orlando and will come back. Nice attention from the staff Always (Vanessa from the desk, were very polite and helpfull). Very confortable and clean rooms. It's located near to other hotels and commercial areas, you can walk or move your car just few meters. Nice free breakfast. I love to come back every day and see green areas in a none toxic urban street. Only issue was the bus drivers: I decided to use the hotel transportation service to take my family to Disney parks. Even though these gentlemans were on time in every case, they were not kind poeple, I would say they were very rude. Next time I will use my car. Anyway it will not affect my good rate for the hotel.

Not too Shabby❣️

This was such a nice trip for me and my daugher. The hotel is clean, very affordable and the location was a close drive to disney springs, Magic Kingdom & other disney parks. Near outlets and an abundance of places to eat. Breakfast buffet was hearty, eggs, sausage,yogurt, waffles, muffins, toast and constant coffee service in lobby!!

Hotel with air conditioning problems.

Our problem with the hotel was with the air conditioner. They change us to two different rooms on our stay and all of the rooms had the same problem with the air conditioner not working properly. Guess the hassle we had with two kids switching to two different rooms. Nobody helped us nobody from front desk apologize. I don't recommend this hotel to nobody.

There is a no money back policy with this hotel ( so be sure before finalising your stay) Even if you call to inform them you still will be charged, it's best to just reserve and pay later.
