Rough, work in progressPosted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: pool side bar....although too many "friends" and underage drinkers show up!
Cons: use a crevice tool when vacuuming and long black hairs (I have grey crew cut) need to be addressed
Location: middle of a lot, but wrong side of the freeway for convention business....
They are working on the facility, which is heavily used, thankfully the staff was quite pleasant. The biggest problem I had is that I walk with a cane, so usually they put me on the first floor for easy access., but here, they put me on the 3rd floor on the back 40, which becomes quite a hike if you forget anything in your room.

Good locationPosted Nov 14, 2015
The hotel is located near the parks and near International Drive, in a couple of minuts you will be in the main attractions of Orlando. The space for breakfast is very little so is good to wake up early in order to avoid problems with that. I recommend the hotel if you are loocking for a clean and well located place to sleep.

"Check Out" the Poor Quality of this SuitePosted Nov 8, 2015
I had made reservations through Expedia for this hotel for 10/30 - 11/1/15. We checked in on 10/30 around 8pm & were given the key to room 260. The 1st thing we noticed as we walked to our room was that one of the walkways on the 1st floor was partially obstructed by crates of bathtubs & bags of mortar. When we got to our room, we saw that the shelf for the microwave was missing & the supporting wall for the shelf was broken with exposed wood. There were numerous other damages throughout the room, including holes in the rug. We had stayed at this hotel at least 3 times in the past couple of years & didn't expect it to be in such poor condition. We immediately went out to look for another hotel & came back to check out of Quality Suites around 10pm. When we told the desk clerk we were checking out because we were unhappy with the quality of our room, nothing was said about trying to find us something better or make things right. They just told us we'd be charged for the 1st night & to call Expedia to get a refund for the 2nd night. I called Expedia & was immediately issued a refund for the 2nd night we had booked. The rep from Expedia called Quality Suites to try to get us a refund for the 1st night. She was told that the manager Ms. Rama was not due back at the hotel until Monday & someone from Expedia would have to contact her then to discuss our case and request a refund for 10/30. After following up, Expedia was told that the hotel denied our refund for 10/30.

Nice hotel. Close to Magic Kingdom.Posted Nov 7, 2015
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: Maybe a computer a station with a place to print boarding pass, but the front desk did for me so can't complain.
Location: Right in the middle of Orlando and all the theme parks!
Very conveniently located hotel only 4 miles or so from Disney World.

Clean but run downPosted Oct 31, 2015
Pros: Free breakfast was worthwhile
Cons: General repair is poor but is being worked on
Location: It is 15 minutes to downtown Disney and 10 minutes to Sand Lake Rd which has every restaurant imaginable from high end to fast food
I stayed 1 night because I was on call at the hospital next door so it is convenient. The entrance is off the main street. It is currently undergoing a renovation, but I did not see or hear any disturbances. The hotel in general is old and needs repair and paint. Most surfaces are pitted and scratched. The lobby looks fairly nice though. The room was small but clean and had all the basic necessities. It does have a flat screen TV. The pool area looked very large and inviting though I did not use it. The free breakfast was very good and definitely a bonus! Overall, I needed a place to sleep and this was safe and convenient.

It's A DivePosted Oct 28, 2015
I would recommend this place to someone just looking for a place to crash for the night. Maybe a "guys trip" would be ok here. We had a quiet room, which was great. The breakfast was decent, even though the serving space was crowded. On-site "restaurant" was not even an option. We were starving and it had gotten decent reviews, but one look at their cooking area and I nearly vomited. I can eat at most hole-in-the-wall places, but this was ATROCIOUS! The pool was disgusting. Hair, debris, band-aids, so much chemicals it was cloudy. After our first time swimming, my hubby asked when it would be cleaned, and they said it was the next morning, but there was no improvement. We won't be there again, unless it's just for a place to crash and get out of early!

Birthday Trip!!Posted Oct 25, 2015
Location: The location is great you are near everything you can get anything you need near by!!!
If your just looking for a quick over night stay this was ok! The room did have a slight musty smell, which after awhile did go away. But room was a little out dated and bathroom floors could have been cleaner. And if you like firm beds then this place is for you! The staff was very nice and also the pool area!

Family vacayPosted Oct 7, 2015
Hotel was great. Beds small but very comfortable. Breakfast was good offering variety. Only disappointment was pool was closed for maintenance the entire weekend. Did not see this posted anywhere on website. Would have been nice to know in advance.
